Fabulous meal. Unfortunately they had a lot of cancellations due to the weather so the atmosphere was quiet, but I'm going back later in the week as the food was so good, so hoping the weather will improve.

The food was so salty it was disappointing. The lobster tasted like it was frozen not fresh. You can actually see Chunks of salt on top of the steak. They got my daughter's order wrong not once but twice. So by the time she started eating we were done and just was watching her eat her Meal finally. Very disappointed.

In a totally empty resturant, Our party of 6 was seated at a tiny table that seemed to be normal for 4. It was a hassle eating comfortably with the crowded table. The waiters and waitresses only sang Happy Birthday to the other customers.

So we originally went to this restaurant on the first night we were staying at the hard rock. It was an amazing experience. Our server was fantastic and our food was excellent. We decided to come back the next night for a to go order because we have three young children and did not want to leave the hotel room tonight. I had my husband go up to the hotel to grab a menu. I did not think that would be an issue because they very willingly gave us a menu at the kitchen the other restaurant at this hotel. When my husband went up to the hostess sand, they refused to give him a menu. He decided he was going to bat go back and ask again because last night we had spent $500 on our meal and he thought it was completely ridiculous to refuse a customer menu to look at in their hotel room. When he went back, they refused again and even asked for a manager and the manager refused. Never has my husband ever been so disrespected in a restaurant where he was willing to spend at least a couple hundred dollars on a to go order. The staff involved in the situation should be fired. Very very disappointed.

We had our company holiday dinner here and with 50 people we had a blast. Food is amazing and the staff is even better. We love coming back here over and over. This was the 3rd time we had holiday dinner party for our company and this restaurant is by far our favorite
Great place to eat! The filet and brussel sprouts were amazing as well as the drinks, appetizers, mashed potatoes, green beans and tiramisu! Highly recommend!

The service was truly outstanding—our waiter went above and beyond with warm hospitality, great recommendations, and impeccable attention to detail. It made the entire evening feel special and effortless. The food was exceptional as well. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and delivered with perfect timing. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they do. All in all, a fantastic dining experience, where we can't wait to return.

Been coming to The Palm since I was a kid. That makes it 30 years for me between Philly and Orlando locations. I can honestly say Chris and Amy behind the bar are absolutely world class and are the backbone of the restaurant! The staff really makes you feel at home. Rami , Chris , Amy , are the absolute best ! Oh did I mention the food is amazing too !
