Today we went here for the first time, in the first hour after he opened, and he was busy preparing online orders. The scent of meat was delicious. It was great interacting with him, sharing experiences he had. He certainly was a joy to meet today. We ordered the pastrami tacos and the pastrami reuben sandwich. I absolutely love the perfect merge of flavors of the sandwich, the home made bread and every ingredient, all matching in perfection in texture and merging flavors. Extraordinary, like the chef. Highly recommend.

Just got lunch here tried both the taco options and they were both great! The pastrami was so good, thick cut hardly any fat and almost smoky. The brisket was tender and again not too much fat and the slaw was delicious. The owner was nice, food was done quickly and best of all the price was actually completely reasonable unlike so many other food trucks. Great place!

The food is good and pretty affordable but every time I come here the guy is so grumpy. Coming here would be a nightmare for people with social anxiety. The guy just seems genuinely cranky and like everything you ask for is a burden or too much work. Not saying I wouldn’t come but Its definitely not an enjoyable social experience.

Loved my reuben sandwich. The corned beef was cut a little thicker than I had ever had it, but it melted in my mouth. So, so good.

This one had been on my list for a while. The pastrami Reuben had fall-apart smokey pastrami. One side of the bread was smeared with mustard and the other side with Russian dressing. The tart sauerkraut evens it all out and Bob's your uncle.
As pastrami goes, I don't remember having one as smokey. Reminded me a of Montreal's renowned smoked meat.
I prefer a little more Russian dressing. Next time I'll ask for extra, but this was a good sandwich. The price was reasonable and the owner was friendly and approachable. The food came out fast.

Extremely super Goood! I had the Pastrami and Brisket sandwiches on Rye bread. Super fresh and meat was so tender. I expected the pickle to be better but the meat and bread freshness and flavors dominated the experience!

I am pastrami bougie I can compare everything to Katz delicate test in New York when I tell you, this is the closest thing in Florida that you can get in Florida. The best pastrami in central Florida. Amazing portions are really really good. The rye bread is good amazing pastrami sandwich Will definitely stop by here more often.

Extraordinary food in an ordinary little place. We ordered a Reuben, the Reuben rolls, and latkes. Every single bite of every single item was outstanding. I was even wow-ed by the speed at which the food was prepped. Even the prices are quite fair. We will definitely come back again very soon and tell our friends to try it.

Had a great visit to the Pastrami Project today, the food was great, the owner was a great guy to talk with and seeing the love by the local was very cool. If you are in or near Orlando. Stop by and see the “Princess of Pastrami”

Nice little food truck tucked away behind the Italian restaurant where George serves some sandwiches. The prices aren't bad, and the conversations I had with George were great. The food wasn't too bad. They have a make shift little seating area right next to the truck. The place is only open from 10am-2pm. Monday-Friday. George is a friendly, great guy. I will definitely return to try more off the menu.

Visited on a gloomy, rainy day but still received a cheerful greeting. I opted for the dirty fries sans dressing (I’m a condiment hater) but even with editing his creation, they were still delicious! The fries were perfectly done with a crisp exterior and fluffy insides with just the right amount of salt. The pastrami was flavorful and tender with the cheese tying it all together; it was also filling. Highly recommend and will revisit whenever I return to Orlando
