I’ve never been here before and was looking to go out tonight here in Orlando but after reading these MANY reviews about stolen wallets and phones I 100 percent will never come to this place! I believe the reviews it’s an inside job that the phones and stuff are being stolen I’m glad I read the reviews before even coming because had I came there and my stuff ended up stolen that entire place would be ripped to shreds and everyone would’ve gotten these hands and then some! What a disgusting place to be stealing their customers things and do nothing about it

The customer Service is phenomenal here. My boyfriend was in orlando for the weekend and left his phone, not only did the bartenders turn it in, their lost and found department was very helpful in and communicative ir order to ship it back to him as we live in miami. 5 stars all around for service, integrity, and hospitality. will forever pull up when in orlando to the patio

DO NOT COME HERE. YOUR PHONE WILL GET STOLEN. My phone was stolen this weekend near one of the patio bars and the staff was absolutely not helping me at all. They did not care that their guest experienced theft. My phones active location was inside the club beyond after it closed, yet i was not allowed to look for it and did not get any help, so there is definitely something sketchy going on here. I’ve tried calling and filling out forms and zero response.

Atmosphere is decent, there's multiple spots with different music, however in the far back room, there's a DJ booth and look from the the dj booth to the crowd, you'll see some steps to your left( or lookingat dj booth ota to the right). If you're black, you can climb up and chill, Hispanic or white people don't bother, the bar back or security dude will say only girls can get up there. I'll snap a picture next time to show Google reviews , only blacks can get up there!

08/23 if i could give less stars i would, my friend lost her phone and we tried to communicate with the staff as much as possible but eventually they blew us off and never returned and when i respectfully tried to communicate with the last member outside the venue his friends who weren’t involved piped up and started to throw disrespectful language at me and my group while we were simply asking questions, SIX men ganged up on two of us while we very simply asked, can anyone communicate with us because they said they would and then never came back out ? people that were shirtless and pant-less claiming to work for them. this place is not safe for women. if we were snarky from the start i would have understood but we were nothing but understanding from the very beginning. would absolutely never recommend this place for anyone. please be safe out there and steer clear of this mysoginistic staff.

The manager, short hispanic man, insulted my friend and i and made us feel unsafe. he took photos of us and followed us to the bar next door.
He came up to us randomly as we were getting our bags checked, appeared very agressive and accused us of making something an issue when it wasn’t — then when we defended ourselves, he kicked us out. Fire this dude, he sucks and he’s on a major power trip! The manager that worked July 6 12:40 a.m.

It was fun , just too damn hot honestly !! But 3 different genres in once bar was an experience the rooftop was a crazy view definitely wanna go again
