The doors almost always open at the scheduled time. The audio quality from the shows is top tier, and the security process is seamless. It's a great spot to catch a show. Security is a priority, and the venue ensures a safe experience for all. They have an amazing setup for purchasing artists merchandise. The floor is flat, and if you're behind larger individuals, it can be challenging to see the stage. They don't have a water fountain though and you can't bring your own water so you have to buy theirs.
