My friends raved above this place. I didn't see the attraction. Food came almost instantly which speaks to the quality! To say Buc-ees is better is an understatement. Best thing I had was the Brussel sprouts, though they could barely spare any. Everything else was cold and subpar, which is to be expected in a tourist trap. Won't be back based on price, quality and quantity!
We went to the restaurant while I’m 9 months pregnant, and someone kindly gave us a seat until we were ready to order. However, the guy at the entrance came over and told us we couldn’t sit at the table until we ordered. We explained that I’m pregnant and just needed to sit down. While we understand there are policies, the way he said it, and then laughed, was very disrespectful. Needless to say, we left and won’t be returning.

The Polite Pig at Disney Springs provides a great dining experience with friendly and attentive customer service. The staff, including managers like Mai See and employees like Nico and Ricardo, are professional and helpful. The menu features tasty dishes such as the Butcher's Board and sides like fire-roasted cauliflower and mac and cheese. Guests often praise the perfectly cooked main dishes that are full of flavor. It is a popular spot for those wanting a memorable meal in a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is known for its Southern-style BBQ, especially the Southern Pig, which is highly recommended for its BBQ sauce and attentive staff. Many customers also enjoy the pulled pork sandwich and the variety of meats, with some noting the Texas-style BBQ with Carolina-influenced sauce. While accessibility can be an issue, as the restaurant is not wheelchair friendly and scooters must be parked outside, visitors have praised the quick service even during busy times and the overall quality of food. The Polite Pig remains a favorite among BBQ lovers and those seeking a satisfying meal.
