We had a wonderful experience at the Polite Pig. The pulled pork sandwich was very tasty. I sampled both the sweet and spicy sauces and found them both to be very good. The bbq seemed like Texas style bbq with Carolina influenced sauce. I found it to be very enjoyable.

I would certainly recommend stopping by this Disney Springs location if you are in the mood for southern bbq. The staff were friendly and helpful as well!

I can see why they were featured on the Michelin guide. Everything my group had was 10/10 down to the dessert. The wait was not long for a Monday night. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area looking for BBQ.

I’m not sure what happened to this place but our last visit was bad. The brisket was as tough as leather and had no taste.

I got the butcher board for 1, and it was delicious. The brisket and all the meats are all tender and juicy with very lit fat. I got chili + coleslaw for sides also great. The 5 points ips is a must try!

Highly recommend. The meat platter for two to share is delicious. If you like Bourbon then you’re in the perfect spot, full selection and staff are super knowledgeable.

The meatball appetizer was very different and tasty. The lighter beer was our favorite and refreshing. We also had the beets, Mac and cheese and the chicken tortilla soup. All were very good.

Great spot to break up the walking and shopping.

Service was also good and prices very reasonable for Disney Springs.

My wife and daughter can’t sit down while I order our food without getting harassed and kicked out of their seats.

Staff was also misaligned. First told us to take the stroller though the line then put it away when we sit down . Then we got chewed out and made to take it outside and carry our daughter through whole line.

Not enjoyable service. Once sat down and served food and drink everything was good. Food was great. Might be best bang for buck food at Disney springs

Place is a joke. Bad food and even worse customer service. These kids need to go back to high school and learn how to treat people

The Polite Pig quickly became my favorite restaurant on our entire Disney trip! So much so that we ended up going twice because it was just that good. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special.

I ordered Layla's ribs both times, and they were absolutely delicious, tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The sauce they served with the ribs had such a great balance of sweet and smoky flavors. I couldn’t get enough of it! The waffle fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making them the perfect side to pair with the ribs.

The pulled pork sandwich was another standout, it was packed with flavor and so juicy. It’s hard to find a pulled pork sandwich that hits all the right notes, but this one nailed it.

And don’t even get me started on the dessert. The blueberry bread pudding was one of the best I’ve ever had! It was so rich and flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and tart from the blueberries. I could’ve eaten a whole second serving!

If you’re visiting Disney Springs, The Polite Pig is a must-visit. The food was incredible, the service was friendly, and everything about the experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!
