Classless.
Awful awful awful service and rotten veggies with our appetizer. We’re still here and we just finished our beer cheese pretzel. My wife has yet to receive her cider; and it’s not like the pretzel came out fast. It took 15 minutes + to get our pretzel. Served with The pretzel were very old carrot sticks with what looked like scabs on them, brown celery sticks, and limp and soggy cucumber slices. The Mrs is understandably pissed.

The fish and chips were okay, but they certainly aren't the best in the world. They aren't even the best in Central Florida.

Awful food. I am from Dublin. There is nothing remotely close to British/Irish food about this place. When we complained the response was great but the replacement food was still terrible. If you are looking for authentic British food get on a plane!

Parking: Too many people bringing food to the table without knowing who ordered each meal made it confusing for us since some meals were not correctly served.

Good food, good building, awful waiter had no personality. Took forever to wait even though the place is empty.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Shirts say “piss off” and menu item says “bollocks”. Also the menus aren’t updated at all. Please get new ones!

Arrived the very first day of our week long vacation. The pictures online are nothing like what this place is really like. We decided because we were going to have a busy week at the parks to just eat here and then go to the hotel.
I caught Norovirus while dining in this restaurant and my husband got food poisoning. We did not eat the same thing but I took 1 bite of his dish and he took 1 bite of mine. When the food arrived I picked up the silverware and noticed it was dirty. Flagged down the waitress and she did apologize and brought clean silverware that had just been washed. About halfway through our meal I went to the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. I came out told my husband the conditions and we immediately paid the bill, told the manager and left. We went to the hotel and got extremely sick in the middle of the night. I was so weak I couldn't even stand. Hotel staff called 911. I was hospolized for 5 days in Orlando which was the entire time of our vacation. I asked the doctor how could this have been so bad overnight and he explained to me that it's highly contagious and is more of a food born illness when employees don't properly sanitize the kitchen prep areas, wash their hands. And the most disgusting thing he said was i had likely contracted it within 12 hours of my admission. This was the only place we ate during about 18 hours besides of some snacks we brought in the car for the ride.
But the doctor said many restaurant employees don't wear gloves and if the use the restroom and don't wash their hands then their bodily fluids will containment your food. He said he was willing to bet his medical license that this was the place that I contracted it. And with my husband having food poisoning was even stronger to the fact that this is where I contracted it.
My husband immune system is very good but mine is good as well just not near as good as his.
So if you want to have a good vacation without throwing up the entire week and being hospolized I highly suggest staying far away from this place. It was a little odd when we went in during peak dinner time and there was only 4 or 5 other tables with people. That should have been our first clue.
We lost 1500 for the hotel we had rented because I was unable to stay there and because my husband was so sick he stayed with me at the hospital. My diagnosis was confirmed via a stool sample. I couldn't eat at all for 3 days and when they wanted me to eat I was very very hesitant. I was vomiting so violently that I now have a sliding hital hernia and will need to have surgery. I never had been so sick in my entire life and I truly felt like I was dying. After being released we stayed the night at a hotel near the hospital and had to drive home early the next morning.
I will never so much as look at this restaurant again. It was the most horrible experience. Total cost we missed out on was close to $5,000 between the copay, ambulance, renting another room for the night before going home and all the expenses we paid upfront for the hotel we were staying in when we woke up that sick. It will never be recouped but if I can prevent someone else from going through this then that's why I am writing this review and I hope management and ownership really take a hard look at what their employees are NOT doing. Probably going to report them to the health department as well.

This is my 3rd time here, but this is a 1st, was seated outdoors tonight, about 10 minutes waiting for our waitress, another waitress came over and asked if we been taken care of,we said no and she took are drink order, about 5 minutes laterare actual waitress cam walking by with drinks , sayi g hey party people ,no clue who order what place drinks on table and left. We finally order , i asked what soup of day was she was 90% sure it was buffalo chicken, not let me check on that. Our meals were delivered by 1st waitress, our actual waitress was no where to be found, 3rd waitress came over and asked if we needed anything, we we did and she brought it right out, so i asked her how the tips work, they dont share tips, so the bill came to $46 gave the tip to waitress 1 and 3 , total $12 and left a very small tip $2 to actual waitress, Food was fantastic and waitress 1 and 3 were great

Not the best Pub location I have visited. The servers seemed to be understaffed or preoccupied with other guests. I went during the slow, weird period between lunch and dinner so I will attribute it to that. We were served by a lovely bartender who absolutely did her best. The food was decent. Will likely prioritize other Pointe Orlando choices if I'm ever back there again.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms and British decor. Food was served quick but was soso. Steak on salad. Meat was kinda bland, romaine was beginning to go brown. The rueben sprung rolls were filled with ground corn beef, not like I expected. Probably great for British food but I'll pass next time.

Fun pub in the Point area. Drinks aren't cheap and the service was about average.
