The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes

I’m a Platinum Member. At the check in process I’ve been told that they have added my Marriott Rewards number. Then when I checked out they said that they will send me my receipt. But already 6 days passed and I still didn’t get my receipt on my email and I don’t see this stay on my Marriott App?

Gorgeous pool area. Quiet but kids are present. Delicious food and drinks! Pricey but worth it!

Nice hotel but a but overpriced!!

Its refreshing to visit a hotel that presents itself as fancy, prices itself as fancy and actually delivers excellent service.

I spent a few days working out of one of their ballrooms and interacted with countless staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. Staff walking the halls don't avoid eye contact so they dont have to talk to you. Instead they great you with a smile on their face.

Its also great to see how much upkeep is being done around the whole resort. You have people working on keeping the facility beautiful all over. This is how you keep a beautiful property beautiful.

Only issue with the rooms, as noted by the whole team, are that some of the light fixtures can be difficult to find the switches on. One of my coworkers also found their beside table lamp pushed back so far it hid the switch for the lights above the bed.

Due to my work I also interacted with security a few times on their evening shift. All nice, fun guys.

Its also important to know that this resort is in the middle of nowhere by Orlando standards. Not the place to stay if you are planning on hitting the parks.

The hotel was gorgeous. Every area of the hotel was spotless. The staff were all helpful and polite. The location leaves a little to be desired if you are looking to leave the property you have to drive to find entertainment.

Very nice conference hotel for busy executives

Pool is nice. Rooms are spacious and the shower is nice. Bath tub takes far too long to fill. Beds are hard - you would expect super cloud fluffy beds but the beds at Super 8 are more comfortable. Staff are nice but the food is completely overrated and over priced.

Had a phenomenal stay at the RITZ all thanks to Manager Carrie. She made our experience exceptional.

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your property.

I arrived at the hotel promptly at 1:30 PM, expecting the high level of service and professionalism that the Ritz-Carlton brand promises. Instead, I experienced a ridiculous and completely unacceptable delay. Despite your stated check-in time of 4:00 PM, I was not checked in until 4:45 PM. Even more astonishing, after this exhausting wait, I was informed that my reserved room was not available and that the only option was a downgraded room — with a worse room type and view — without any adjustment to the price I had originally agreed upon.

This situation demonstrates a clear lack of respect for your guests' time, comfort, and expectations. After traveling, I was already tired, and being forced to wait hours, only to be given an inferior accommodation, was extremely frustrating and disappointing. This is not the level of service I expect from a property of your reputation, and it fell far below the standards the Ritz-Carlton brand claims to uphold.

I would like to know what you intend to do to remediate this situation. A downgrade without compensation is unacceptable, and the overall experience has left a very negative impression.

Attending an event at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the resort's elegance and natural beauty were evident. Set on lush, meticulously landscaped grounds, the property exudes tranquility and sophistication. The staff's warm welcome and attentive service made me feel genuinely valued. My room was a haven of comfort, featuring a wonderful bed, a private balcony with serene views, and a spacious marble bathroom stocked with luxury toiletries . The attention to detail in every aspect of the accommodations was remarkable.​

The resort's amenities further enhanced my stay. Dining at Highball & Harvest offered a delightful experience, blending Southern classics with locally sourced ingredients . The expansive pool area, complete with attentive service and complimentary refreshments, provided a perfect setting for relaxation. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes delivers an experience that is both memorable and rejuvenating. The hotel is connected to the JW by a breezeway and it was easy to walk back and forth.

Amazing stay with even better service. Will definitely be back.
