The young lady at the register was rude and almost derailed the experience. It could be that she had a bad day and tired but the donuts are amazing! So, I am going back for the donuts and give her a second chance!

The Salty Donut is housed in what used to be an auto shop, and the conversion is done really well. The decor and atmosphere feel intentional—industrial but warm—and it seems like a great spot to hang out with friends or even get some work done. It’s the kind of place you’d want to linger in if you had the time.

I only dropped in briefly, but I ordered the brown butter and salt donut paired with a latte. The donut was exactly what you’d hope for—rich, balanced, and not overly sweet—but what really surprised me was the coffee. I honestly wasn’t expecting the latte to be that good. Maybe I’m just too used to Starbucks, but this was noticeably better: smooth, well-balanced, and thoughtfully made.

The barista was also a highlight—sweet, informative, and happy to answer questions without feeling rushed. I was very tempted by the butterbeer donut, but I’ll save that for another visit.

Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Solid atmosphere, excellent coffee (unexpectedly so), and quality donuts. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to.

Placed an order for pickup - the wrong quantity of items was in the boxes.

Their phone number doesn’t work, so there isn’t an easy way to resolve this other than sending an email.

Good donuts, but not a great customer experience - I’d suggest counting the items before leaving the store.

I love coming here for the coquito latte!! Mia is the best barista. My book club came this past weekend and enjoyed yummy snacks and coffee while making vision boards. It was a blast!

I popped in here two days before my birthday. I was hoping to get the 12 for 12$ deal, but I was completely unaware they had sold out the night before with online orders. Everyone behind the counter was clearly slammed with orders and customers but being very gracious under pressure. I order a banoffee donut to go, and they scrambled to find me one as almost everything was sold out. When I told them it was for my birthday they absolutely refused to let me pay for it.

You guys have a customer for LIFE. Not only was the service a++, especially considering the stress of the day, but the counter was immaculate the seating was organized and the donut was so good I didn't even get a photo. Please enjoy this empty box picture and the aura of the decadent gigantic donut that was there beforehand. 10/10. Go to the salty. Your entire experience will be top tier.

I ordered what was sincerely the best gluten free donut I’ve ever had. Soft, not gritty, amazing.

On 1/12/2026 they held a promotion to get 1 dozen donuts for $12. I woke up extremely early for myself and drove my partner who is obsessed with their donuts to the store. We were waiting for them to open the doors that’s how early we got there. When we got inside they told us that pre orders started at midnight and they were sold out of all of their donuts. Terrible customer service about the situation. I drove 45 minutes to get there. Over an hour and a half round trip just to leave empty handed. The worst part wasn’t even the drive or waste of gas. It was how upset my partner was.

I used to enjoy coming here for donuts, which makes this experience disappointing. I received an email promotion for 12 donuts for $12 on January 12 2026 and even called the day before (1/11) to confirm the details. I was told the promotion started at 7:00 AM and would run until the end of the day.

I arrived at 7:10 AM and was told they had already sold out after selling 150 boxes. I drove a long distance specifically for this promotion, so it was extremely frustrating to arrive so soon after opening and find nothing available.
If quantities were that limited, that should have been clearly communicated in advance. This experience felt misleading and disappointing.
