Lady could have cared less when she answered. There are many great donut places in Orlando. We aren't going here. If the employees don't care then what should we expect. As soon as you step inside, you're enveloped in a cool, inviting vibe that sets the tone for a dope experience. What initially drew me to this spot was their Big Face coffee collaboration. If you haven't heard of Big Face coffee, I highly recommend looking it up. It's a game-changer! The coffee here is nothing short of amazing. " The hot version, in particular, left me thoroughly impressed. Its citrus undertones add a refreshing twist to the classic cup of coffee. Now, let's talk about the donuts. Visually, they're a work of art. However, I've been here before, and I must admit that the flavor often falls short of expectations. While they look like extremely good, the taste can be somewhat underwhelming. Given my preference for coffee and the awesome ambiance, I'd rate The Salty Donut a 3 out of 5. It's a place where you can sip your coffee, soak in the cool vibes, and indulge in a donut or two--just don't expect them to blow your taste buds away. Oh, and people working there are cool too. I can tell they cared about my experience and wanted to make sure my morning started off right.

I have followed The Salty on IG for quite some time and was finally able to stop in. Great area outside with plenty of room and seats (mind you, we were there on a Mon around 1:30pm). Donuts were fresh and tasty. We also had iced cinnamon citrus lattes that hit the spot. Will definitely be back and recommend 100% to any donut lover/enthusiasts.

My favorite donuts in the Orlando area! They are so light and airy it’s amazing.Why 4 stars? For two main reasons— the parking can and most likely will, be a nightmare. There is a free lot but it’s usually full or just difficult to maneuver into + it’s a sharp turn off a busy road. Secondly, the first donut I ever had here I hated. I assumed all the donuts were brioche (not the case and that’s my bad), and got the salted-caramel donut… it was so not good. I’m surprised I was told it was a fan favorite.Every other donut I’ve ever had here is sooooooo amazing!!!!P.S. there is a vegan donut if you’re interested and it is very goodDietary restrictions: Vegan options available

Placed a catering order weeks in advance for two donut towers. When it was time to pick them up, only one tower was done. When we showed them the receipt to prove that we had already paid for two, they were originally only offerings us the options of receiving a refund or waiting over an hour for the second tower. I had to explain to them the event was in an hour we had prepaid for these towers way in advance. I asked them if they could simply give us whatever donuts they had available to ensure that we had enough for our guests, and thankfully they agreed. They agreed to make it right, but still disappointing that the towers weren’t done and we had ordered way in advance. Love your donuts, hope to see some improvement on the catering communication.

The Salty is part of a chain of donut shops but do not let that sway you away. The donuts do NOT mirror mass produced chain donuts! My go to is the ButterBeer which I would quite possibly sell my soul for. The service at the counter is always quick and friendly. They never make me feel like I need to rush to order. They also have a lovely shaded outside area for you to sit and enjoy your cinnamon toast latte and donuts!

I’m truly so disappointed with my experience here today. My partner and I always love ordering donuts from here on Uber Eats so we placed an order earlier this afternoon for four of their different flavors. Four hours and five different Uber drivers later, our order got canceled and we never received our food with no explanation.We have absolutely no idea what happened so we tried calling them multiple times and clearly someone kept declining our call because it went straight to decline and voicemail. Honestly we are just incredibly disappointed and we’re so looking forward to these donuts today. No one even called us back and explained why our order was canceled or why we couldn’t reach them. I’m sorry but this is TERRIBLE customer service!!I assume our food was stolen but I guess we’ll really never know. So upsetting as we really did enjoy getting our donuts from these guys and we’ve ordered from them before and this has never happened to us. Literally just left a lovely five star review for them yesterday but sadly had to take it down because of this awful experience. I’m sure their other locations aren’t like this but please be careful when ordering from this location to avoid the same experience we did. Terribly disappointed and sadly won’t ever be ordering from this location again ??
