We were seated at 8pm and the kitchen closed at 9pm. The food was served about 20 mins apart...we ordered 2 dishes to share. The Mac and cheese was over cooked and was served cold. The fish was quite good actually. The server never check on us once. We asked for dessert but was told it wasn't possible since all the chefs had gone home. All the server kept saying was it was fault. We never saw him after he dropped the check off. Someone else came and took our money. Also, they shut the door the main dining room and there was some sort of beep every few minutes that kept going off. I was very disappointed with the whole experience! I want to support the local restaurants but I will not be going back anytime soon.

If there was a way to leave negative food quality stars this place would get them. The food was awful. The $23 macaroni and cheese was obviously made days if not a weeks ago and placed in an oven to reheat. It was burned badly on the top. Also it seems to have been made with super market pasta (the dried kind) for the price point they should use house made pasta or at least fresh. The menu had 5 entrees one of which (hamburger) we were informed they were out of. How a restaurant runs out of a cheese burger I do not know. The beef pasta dish was also awful. Same dried cheap pasta with beef chunks in a wine sauce. The flaw here was for stewed or braised beef they used a way to leanof a cut, so dry . For the life of me I don't know how one could cook meat in a liquid and it become so dry. It was some of the worst meat I have ever tasted. When I say tasted I mean all 4 people only had 4 to 5 bites before stopping eating the poorly made food. The 1/2 chicken tasted as if it was boiled and not seasoned at all. The grits that came with the chicken was unlike any grits I've ever tasted. Pile of mush with a strange flavor that I'm not sure what it was. Wait staff seemed as if they were hired for the day from a home depot parking lot. It took 3 tries to get plates and silver for the table. Truly terrible food the likes of which is rare to behold. All the offerings from the kitchen were poorly executed and just bad tasting. For the area the place is located in go anywhere else even a fast food drive thru for better food. Literally any where else would have been better.

Cocktails/drinks: The specialty drinks are nothing to write home about. They taste like a standard mix drink and do not have any fun garnishes. For a speakeasy, the drinks should be awesome. The cheapest beer was 8$. It had a 2 inch space margin from the top. The first bottle of wine we selected they were out of. Apps: The hush puppies were yummy. The tomato soup lacked a tomato flavor. The brushetta didn't have balsamic drizzle but it had a poached egg. Entrees: The food was terrible. There were five options and one (the waygu burger) they were out of. The beef and rigatoni ended up coming with spaghetti noodles & the beef was flavorless The mac and cheese was visibly burnt on top. There was no cheese flavor. It was a dry al dente pasta with some mushrooms thrown in. The 1/2 chicken looked nice but was barely seasoned. It came with cheese grits that were just ok. The white fish was decent but it was the entire fish. Some people might be turned off by that so it should be noted on the menu. The side item was forgettable. Atmosphere: The ambience is cool but that is about all they have going for them. Takeaway: I would strongly discourage someone from going there and we will not be returning. They got so creative they forgot to make the food actually taste good. 1/15/2021

Good looking with interesting, made from scratch drinks. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and right there when we needed here. Social distancing was followed and masking was appropriate. The crowd was upbeat and friendly with an air of dressy casual. We met a real nice couple from winter Park who were as excited to be there as we were. We will be back

We had a wonderful time! The service was great, food was DELICIOUS and the ambiance was perfect for a double date night. Highly recommend trying the Pharmacy for your next night out.

This was our 1st time at The Pharmacy. Our reservation was at 7:00 and we were seated upon arrival. Our drinks tasted amazing, much different than drinks you will get anywhere else. Limited menu due to the pandemic but everyone found something they loved. Food is top notch along with the service! We all wore nice Jeans with dressy tops. Will return soon. Give yourself plenty of time, this is a place that the time will fly by so if you have reservations to follow dinner allow 2-3 hours. Oh and have a cup of coffee, it was amazing! Trust me.

Let me start by saying, out of hundreds and hundreds of reviews written, I have never given a 1 star before, so this isn't par for the course. That being said, let's get into our experience at the Pharmacy. Made reservations over a week in advance for dinner on a Saturday night. We have had Pharmacy on our list of places we wanted to try since an article on speakeasy style establishments appeared in the Orlando newspaper. When we arrived, we were seated right on top of the entrance/exit to the restaurant. There were other tables open in the room (and not off limits due to covid spacing) as well as two other rooms full of available seating. It seems very odd that having a reservation gets you the busiest, worst seat in the house. So we got to have all other parties entering or leaving the restaurant right on top of us throughout the meal. The seat itself was an old padded bench that I sunk down into so far that my head was barely above the table height, and I am 5'11". At this point, I was starting to doubt our choice, but it had to get better, right? The atmosphere of the restaurant and bar is that of a speakeasy. Music and decor point back to the '20's. The bartender in a baseball cap and t-shirt seemed oddly out of place considering the fact that the waiters and waitresses had more time period type uniforms. When the waitress came to our table, she explained that they make all their own drinks and ingredients from the bar. The drink menu was so confusing from what was listed as ingredients there that although we were planning on having several drinks, we opted to have none. I ask for a Coke. I was told they make their own sodas as well, which I haven't ever cared for, so both my wife and I went with just water. The menu features what we were told was local, farm to table items. Sounded great. The menu only offered a few choices for a meal, which again made us think that maybe we should just cut our losses at go elsewhere. No, we had been wanting to try this place for 3 years, so we decided even if the menu was very limited, it was probably good food, especially at the prices listed. So we stayed and ordered. (Lesson learned, when your gut says leave, just leave.) My wife ordered the oxtail which came with mashed potatoes, corn and cilantro. I asked the waitress which was better: the fried chicken or the lobster roll. She said definitely the lobster roll - it was one of their best dishes. So, I ordered the lobster roll. When the food was brought to the table, the lobster roll came out by itself. When do you serve one item at the table and not all orders at the same time, and especially serve the man before the woman? So that was very odd and very unprofessional. The lobster roll was such a waste for over 25 dollars. The lobster was tough and chewy, I could not even bite through it. The roll was very obviously a standard hot dog bun, most likely pulled from a pack of 8 purchased at a grocery store. Since it was a small hot dog bun, it couldn't even begin to hold the lobster, corn, cilantro it was suppose to contain, so that fell everywhere. One end of the hot dog bun was burnt black. It must have gotten to close to the heat source and it was very obviously black, but served anyway. The meal came with fries, which were the only truly edible things we received the entire evening. The biggest disaster of the night was my wife's oxtail. When it arrived, it was in a bowl. The oxtail was piled on top of the mashed potatoes and garnishes, and the entire thing was swimming in a yellowish broth. What a conglomeration. The oxtail itself tasted ok, but the broth that everything was sunk into was for some unexplained reason sweet......yes, sweet. It was sweet enough to kill an appetite because it did not match the meal it was served over, on top of, and around. This mess that looked as unappetizing as it actually was went for around 30 dollars. Both plates were pushed to the side, we shared the fries while we waited for our waitress to bring us the bill so we could leave and end this mise

Went here on a Saturday night with a reservation Plenty of tables empty but seated right next to the entrance. Food was disgusting. Ox tail served in a sloppy pile of accompaniments and a broth that was oddly sweet. Lobster roll was a joke. Lobster was tough and chewy and the small hot dog bun it was served on was burnt on the ends. Waitress could tell we didn't like our food, so she stayed away except to drop off the bill. Spent over $60 for some of the worst food I've experienced in a restaurant in quite some time. The saddest thing is we had been wanting to try the Pharmacy since it first opened

I had gone to Pharmacy before and, although it was not outstanding, it used to be a different experience. Our last time was not. The food and service was ok but it was extremely overpriced. They also charged us a 4% upcharge for paying with a credit cart. First time in my life that I have had a charge like this and definitely the only restaurant nearby doing this. For the current menu options and the prices they are charging I would not recommend this restaurant at this moment.

On 2018-2019 I used to live in Orlando and my friends suggested me this hidden restaurant: I really loved it! I had dinner there a lot of times. I really loved the big meatball with polenta (I tasted like home!), the pizza and the bruschetta! I would also recommend the cocktails. Thank you so much!

While we have visited the Pharmacy several times we were excited to take our parents for the first time. The environment is so unique we just love the feel and vibe. It's always a thrill to see a new visitors reactions. The menu is small but has some great options. Everything is cooked fresh and to order on everything from the bar to kitchen and down to the soda and ketchup. We have always had the most pleasant helpful servers. They have such great personalities and are always so hospitable and helpful. But service is slow so have patience - it's because everything is made from scratch and takes time. Totally worth the wait!!!

I made a reservation for “happy hour “ after seated was told they do not have happy hour on Fridays . I showed them how i specifically booked happy hour and had a screenshot. Showing the details of happy hour . Was told they don't know how to remove that from open table but no happy hour on Fridays . We decided to stay the waiter was attentive did comp us 2 drinks and food was good but for sure they need to honor what is being advertised that part was very disappointing.

Definitely not as good as it used to be. The drinks were plain (expected more considering it claims to be a Speakeasy serving craft cocktails). My Manhattan had small ice cubes which diluted the drink quickly (I was surprised that they did not use the usual larger single ice cube). None of our "craft cocktails" had any garnish. One was even served in a Pint glass used for beer at a pub. The food was good but the current menu lacked creativity and excitement and nothing special considering the high prices. We definitely missed the more adventurous creative past menu with more drink friendly bar food (Bring back the bone marrow please!). From our past experience with her food and the drinks at the Pharmacy, I know that Loren Falsone is an excellent chef and Dominick Tardugno knows how to make great drinks. We were sadly disappointed with the overall experience but hopefully, this was just an off night at the Pharmacy.

LOVED the atmosphere, lighting, and decor inside. Would be the perfect intimate date spot. Brunch food was great - especially the grits! Enjoyed my experience thoroughly and can't wait to return.

The experience and our servers were great! We went for happy hour, which is posted as available, and it wasn't. They are also charging a 4% fee on top of your bill for paying with credit or debit. Not only is that more than credit card company fees, it's also amidst a health crisis when the use of cash is being discouraged...
