I had high expectations and I was not disappointed.
Made the reservation for a five year old birthday. Was given a terrible table. On the way to it I asked if the characters come to the floor we were being taken to. Only to be told it’s the owners that are the characters and the employee in the elevator needs a raise.
Then we ordered desserts; when delivered the same I need a raise employee brought them. I mentioned it wasn’t what we ordered I was told they didn’t know what I ordered. Lit the candle on the birthday dessert and walked away.
The waiter explained they were out of the copper pans, etc. at that point I was happy to leave and decide we won’t be back.
Disappointed with service time, quality of food, and prices. What seemed like it would be a fun lunch experience turned into a two hour dining experience that was 75% waiting on food that was mediocre at best. At least the waitress was amazing and checked in on us regularly. Only recommend if you’re here for the gimmicks and enormous portions (one dessert is enough for four people).
MICHI WAS THE BEST!! Michelle M. was one of the best servers I have ever had. Truly some of the best etiquette Ive seen in awhile and I think she deserves all recognition for the 10 years of work. The food was absolutely unmatched and well priced for what we got. This is a must do when you visit😊
Awesome place great food
Good food and atmosphere, the shakes are really impressive!
Food was good but I ended up with food poisoning and was so sick the next day. Our waitress was rude to our party when she was notified of an allergy someone has. The guy that delivered the allergy person’s food announced very loudly that the food peanut free.
Wonderful Experience on Sunday Night. It was busy, it was raining outside. My family and I arrived early to the restaurant because of the rain and our reservation wasn't until an hour later. The service was fast, everything was great, my nephew got his birthday photo with Penelope & Jacques. Our food as delicious and our server Dean was wonderful.
Such cool and tasty milkshakes!
Amazing Milkshakes. The line is long but goes by really fast.

It was far too cold to seat groups outside, but we were seated on the patio, regardless. Our waiter brought us ice water, but none of our group drinks ice water, so they sat on the table until they melted, which took quite some time. We ordered a soda no ice, but all refills were with ice. The waiter was pretty rude, and our order took about 45 minutes to get to us after we placed it. To the point we were contemplating simply leaving and getting Panda Express because we were starving.

While I understand that the atmosphere is the pull here, and you are really paying for that, I would expect the desserts to be acceptable. The whole place seems to be built around desserts. The shakes are 90% milk and 10% ice cream. They look fantastic, but they are obviously made to be a huge profit for them. And to make things worse, if you are stuck upstairs in the back corner, away from all the decorations, now you are just paying a premium for a meal and average dessert. Will not be back, disappointed in the whole experience.

Fun atmosphere and service was fast and good overall. French Onion Soup was very good and deserves a solid 4! Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich lacked flavor as it was under-seasoned. My GF had the Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche with a side Caesar Salad. Salad was good, but the Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche was also under-seasoned, hence the 3 star food rating.

We never skip Twosomes when visiting from KY. The added menu items- specifically the brie fondue and the "London Strawberries" (strawberries with chocolate poured over top) are delicious. Only thing I'd change is cutting the carrots on the fondue dish, and adding chips or some sort of crunchy, savory dipper. I'd also make the chocolate more creamy on the strawberries like they do in London. The chocolate hardens very quickly making it difficult to get out of the cup. Still amazing! Just a couple of suggestions. :-)
