My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida December 23, 2024-December 26, 2024. When I say that I do not have one negative thing to say about my experience, I mean it! When we arrived at the resort our doors were opened for us, and we were instantly greeted. We walked inside to a beautiful, immaculate establishment. It was not time for us to check in yet, so we left our bags with the bellhop who was extremely friendly as well, and we had breakfast at Tropicale. The staff was overly pleasant, and the food was amazing. The front desk clerk was also nice and went above and beyond while checking us in. After we checked in, staff outside called the shuttle bus for us, and they arrived in less than a minute. Our driver was very friendly and pointed out the pools, basketball court and other amenities before dropping us off at our resort. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa that was spotless! It was spacious like an apartment. Nothing to complain about with the villa. When we left the villa to go to the theme parks and other places, we had the luxury of texting for rides and again, we never waited longer than two minutes for a ride. Stadium Club was beautiful, but we did not have the opportunity to eat or drink there. Staff in The Market was extremely friendly as well. We stopped there everyday for snacks and drinks. All staff that we encountered greeted us including housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone was warm and friendly. I did end up leaving an item in the resort and did not realize it until I was on my way home and I am from the Chicagoland area. I called Caribe Royale to inform them, and I received a call right back advising that someone will check for me. I later received a call advising that my item was found, and I will be emailed instructions on how to obtain my item. The email was received within five minutes, and I received my item in about three days. Again, I do not have one complaint about this establishment. When I am in the area again, I definitely will be staying here. 10 out of 10!
This place has but only one job, serve breakfast. Yes, it did that but the quality was, at best, mediocre. I ordered the French toast with bacon. The food came out lukewarm, the waitress had a chip on her shoulders and it took forever to even be addressed. I would never come here again.

Food is horrible! Full of oil and the people making it don’t even understand you! Service is also horrible. We sat down and it took 15 minutes just for someone to come over and ask us if we want coffee. Never go here again! For the hotel that this is they should have a much better breakfast option.

I liked the gymnasium. I have to say it is very well equipped. Was actually cheaper to stay here than renting 2 hotel rooms just before Christmas. We had a great but too short time here. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We will be back. was very convenient to Disney. Exciting place.
We have always stayed here. Until this year it's been fantastic. The gym attendant (if you call her that as she was wrapped up in a blanket like it was the north pole) was extremely rude making my child cry. She laughed and said to go ahead and make a complaint. The management instead of apologizing and handling it made excuses. There is no excuse for such behavior. Iam told part of it was "recorded" but when I asked to see it I was denied. Don't say you have seen it if you have NOT. We have a choice where to spend our money. Don't choose here. Additionally this weekend kept my young children up with loud music and zero parking despite us paying for parking. Don't recommend.
Stayed 3 nights in king suite on 9th floor of tower 2. Spacious room for 2 ppl with 2 tvs. Very clean with nice decor. Comfortable bed. AC was great as I like to sleep cool. Hot water and water pressure were great as I like a very hot shower. The window shade was nice because it made it so dark in the room we didn’t realize the sun was up. We did not use the pool but it was beautiful. We did eat at all of the resort restaurants and they all were excellent. The day before we left they decorated the lobby and common areas for Christmas with lovely decorations. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. In our opinion, Caribe Royale is a super nice resort with helpful staff for a great price. We’d definitely stay there again.
We had many issues with this hotel. We filed a complaint as told to by the hotel with Costco who we booked the hotel through, Costco contacted the hotel who denied our request for our money back for part of the hotel fees, Carbie Royale then lied to Costco saying they had offered us complimentary breakfasts at their restaurant! If they had we would have took them up on the offer ! They then used the excuse THEY had moved us to a more expensive room ! We didn’t ask to be moved to them ! They moved us there!! I told them we would be happy with another room in the main hotel! So how they can use that excuse when they made that choice is ridiculous. This was a horrendous vacation wasn’t relaxing at all and we came home more exhausted than we went, I even had to take more time of work to catch up on the lack of sleep we got ! They admitted fault in all the correspondence I have via email and now they lie about what was offered ! Go somewhere else. If you look at the other reviews before mine you will see how bad it really is ! Want a relaxing vacation skip here there are no consequences for other holiday makers that have no consideration for other people also staying. We had issues from dirty rooms, noise from neighbouring rooms, people leaving trash outside the rooms of the villas attracted wild animals and the trash was all over the stair well and walk ways. We had insects in two of our rooms they had moved us to! Which we cleaned up because housekeeping didn’t show till hour and a half later and we wanted to try and get what little sleep we could and got fed up of waiting for them to arrive . First room we got it had dirt on the floor and ripped bedsheets, by the pool where the music was blasting so if we wanted to try and sleep early forget it , it wasn’t happening. Once the music did get turned off we were then kept awake by noisy neighbours! 8 days later we were offered a room exchange to the villas from the main hotel to be given a room where the neighbours above had absolutely no respect for other holiday makers, Security was called several times and the noise continued we did even unpack out suitcases . The neighbours above then decided that on the 3rd evening they would spend several hours banging opens and slamming shut the balcony doors again we complained at reception so they moved us again to another villa which was we could only use one of the bedrooms due to the noise of the pool equipment in the hut next to the building which vibrated up the walls of the villa and up through the bed so there was a constant buzzing . The villa was situated next to the hotels main intake area for trucks bringing in supplies and we were woken every morning before 7am by those trucks.
Just checked out. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in some time. Rented a 2 bedroom villa. First rom was nasty with scratched up furniture and mold in the bathroom exhaust fan. Had to go ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE MAIN BUILDING to get another room. That room was better initially but then the dishwasher needed fixed, then out of nowhere the curtain rod falls off the wall, then there was a leak and they thought the remedy to that was to bring a construction fan—promised to send housekeeping with a shop vac—never happened. Then in the middle of a hurricane (Debby) the shuttle becomes inoperable and people are being transported in rain and wind in a golf cart to get wet. No parking for guests, and I could go on. The staff were all nice but the accommodations are terrible. They gave me credit for some food and 5 days of resort fee. But that didn’t feel like much given the negative experience. I’m stuck in Orlando because of the hurricane but chose to check out and go to another resort because I couldn’t stay another day. I won’t be back.
We had a great experience and the breakfast delicious ? we ordered The Sunrice an Egg with Steak and it's a complete and perfect portion. The staff nice we recommend ?

I had an amazing experience! The Floridian Stuffed French toast is everything!!! The staff is also very nice, fruit was sweet, they could work on the grits to make them more creamy. I'd go back once a week for breakfast if I could. People complain about prices but this IS on a resort.
Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is definitely kid and family friendly.

Easter brunch was amazing! I enjoyed every bite. The additional carving stations and dessert displays were top notch! I loved the swordfish, the clothesline bacon, and the carrot cake crepés especially! I will definitely return soon!
I just checked in and will never be back. Didn’t get the room I booked. They didn’t say anything when checking in, wasn’t till I got to the room that I found out. There is huge gap between the door and the door, you hear EVERYTHING. It’s so loud! Even the toilet in the room is loud. This place is far over priced!
Management service was horrendous! Came in for breakfast as a party of 2 was told it was a 15 minute wait.. then as 30 minutes goes by and I continue to see diners in larger groups who arrived after us being seated before us, when I spoke with management they apparently forgot about us, but what really got me was the lack of apology or professionalism. I would like to say my server was amazing as was all other staff
Honestly they Need to be on top on making sure all the stations are clean and higher food quality..i came here with my movie, producer, Dad on vacation and he thought Dennys had better quality food ? Hotel and everything else was beautiful but this Restaurant needs to Go!
