The Christmas Day Brunch at Tropicale was incredible! From the ambience, to the service and amazing food, we had a wonderful Christmas celebration. This will certainly become a new tradition for us!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked through a 3rd party so my reservation got mixed up but the hotel fixed it w/ no problem and the transition was very smooth. No arguing, no nothing. Everyone was nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. This is my 2nd time and will come again. Very clean rooms too.

Had a brunch business meeting here this morning, and I was genuinely impressed. Ann, our server, was amazing. She refilled our water mid-conversation without interrupting, offered different toppings for my hotcakes, and she kept that perfect balance between warm and respectful. We were seated in a private corner, which made it easy to talk and focus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back for future meetings.

Went here for breakfast buffet on a Saturday morning and it was busy. Guests seem confused they can order off menu or do the buffet which delayed seating. All of your beverage choices should be included in the $26 buffet price including lattes. My server explained the latte would be extra so I declined it. Kinda frustrating because mobile ordering at Starbucks upstairs was 47-50 min wait. The omelette form is confusing to follow asking for too much info, it should just ask name as I have no idea my table number and they weren’t hand delivering these to tables anyways. The food overall was good, the chocolate muffin I had was dry.

In fairness to Tropicale, we ever get to dine there. The issue is with the booking. It could be the app's inaccuracy or Tropicale's fault for neglecting to provide the correct information. The app will allow bookings all the way to the evening. We booked 12 noon for a party of 9. We received a re-confirmation email a day prior. We found out that they only serves breakfast and they close at 11am.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida December 23, 2024-December 26, 2024. When I say that I do not have one negative thing to say about my experience, I mean it! When we arrived at the resort our doors were opened for us, and we were instantly greeted. We walked inside to a beautiful, immaculate establishment. It was not time for us to check in yet, so we left our bags with the bellhop who was extremely friendly as well, and we had breakfast at Tropicale. The staff was overly pleasant, and the food was amazing. The front desk clerk was also nice and went above and beyond while checking us in. After we checked in, staff outside called the shuttle bus for us, and they arrived in less than a minute. Our driver was very friendly and pointed out the pools, basketball court and other amenities before dropping us off at our resort. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa that was spotless! It was spacious like an apartment. Nothing to complain about with the villa. When we left the villa to go to the theme parks and other places, we had the luxury of texting for rides and again, we never waited longer than two minutes for a ride. Stadium Club was beautiful, but we did not have the opportunity to eat or drink there. Staff in The Market was extremely friendly as well. We stopped there everyday for snacks and drinks. All staff that we encountered greeted us including housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone was warm and friendly. I did end up leaving an item in the resort and did not realize it until I was on my way home and I am from the Chicagoland area. I called Caribe Royale to inform them, and I received a call right back advising that someone will check for me. I later received a call advising that my item was found, and I will be emailed instructions on how to obtain my item. The email was received within five minutes, and I received my item in about three days. Again, I do not have one complaint about this establishment. When I am in the area again, I definitely will be staying here. 10 out of 10!

This place has but only one job, serve breakfast. Yes, it did that but the quality was, at best, mediocre. I ordered the French toast with bacon. The food came out lukewarm, the waitress had a chip on her shoulders and it took forever to even be addressed. I would never come here again.

Food is horrible! Full of oil and the people making it don’t even understand you! Service is also horrible. We sat down and it took 15 minutes just for someone to come over and ask us if we want coffee. Never go here again! For the hotel that this is they should have a much better breakfast option.

I liked the gymnasium. I have to say it is very well equipped. Was actually cheaper to stay here than renting 2 hotel rooms just before Christmas.
We had a great but too short time here.
This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We will be back. was very convenient to Disney. Exciting place.
