The food and service were excellent, It was my birthday on the night my wife and I dined at the Venetian Chophouse. We were treated like royalty. We sat outside by the lovely fire and we had a great time. Everyone was very nice but I would like to single out our outstanding server Philip !!!! He made our meal so enjoyable. Thank you Philip.

The service here was outstanding. The atmosphere was good lights were dimmed and it wasn’t ready to get a reservation here we called out about an hour before and got a reservation here. The food was good we got the lobster soup, which was good, as well as the lobster here was very good. it wasn’t too expensive and it was a nice dinner. Drinks were also very good.
Excellent food and ambience. Our waiter diesel made the night lots of fun.

We are visiting the states from the United Kingdom and as a treat we decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal somewhere. As a result we ended up eating at the Venetian chop house which was found by my sister (the steak lover). Now let me tell you how astonishing this restaurant is , we didn’t have a reservation yet they still managed to get us a table in this perfect dining room. We arrived at around 8 O’clock consequently we were one of not many parties eating. The staff there are the friendliest Hostesses and waitress's I have ever had the fortune of meeting. Every single one of them had a great personality and constantly had a smile on their faces. We even had the honour of meeting the Michelin star chef to tell him how splendorous the food was. I ordered the 16 ounce Ribeye steak which I can personally say is without a doubt one of the greatest meals I have ever had. It was so flavourful and juicy it made my mouth water when I saw it. Some would say love at first sight ?. With this is as a family of four we ordered three sides as advised by our waitress because they are big sides and all of these three; the lobster mac and cheese , the gnocchi and the grilled asparagus each of these were flawless in every way. For dessert I ordered the chocolate sphere wear a waiter performs a table side flambé. Additionally I tried some of the other desserts from my family and they were bewildering. As expected there will be a hefty price for such an outstanding experience but I believe it is completely worth every penny. Big shout out to diesel, a.k.a Garry, as he was the star of the show; he was always keen to see how we were doing and if everything was up to standards. His bubbly personality just gave our night an extra level of comfort. This is why I have given this restaurant 5 stars ? ? ? ? ?

Came here for our anniversary this year and it was amazing! Our server, Gary (aka Diesel) was absolutely incredible. He made us feel so so special for our anniversary dinner. By far, the best server we’ve ever had! If you’re coming here, ask for Diesel. Food was amazing and we left very full and happy with the money we spent. We will be back!!

There was a magnificent server named Gary / Diesel. He is a great guy, very great to talk to and received pure praise for his service. The food was absolutely immaculate and my taste buds have never laid on food so delicate, yet so amazing. I would extremely recommend coming to this restaurant and this is a pure heart honest review on this restaurant. Despite the pricing the food is worth it and I will never forget this awesome meal.

The food was ok but not worth the prices, I also find it awfully rude to add gratuity to a bill and not inform people so the waiter got almost a 50% tip and I didn’t realize until later. People should be informed that they’re already
Both Ny strip steaks were overdone. Very disappointed.

Came here for my grandmother’s birthday and we had a great time. The service was good. She had salmon and I had chicken Parmesan. The ambience was OK but similar to that of a chain restaurant. The chicken Parmesan was very breaded, but was good nonetheless, we also did get a cake for her birthday that was complementary, which was very nice of the staff.

Some of the best service I have had in quite a wile. Food was amazing and everyone was delighted but the best part was our server Jacco. He made sure every detail was taken of. At one point he even took the time to sing. Bueauuiful voice. Serenaded us with one of the most beautiful bass voices I have ever heard. Jacco, you belong on the big screen. A true Star!This was a work dinner with a plethora of dialects and Jacco responded to everyone beautifully and with grace. Don’t miss.
