Disaster : waited 2 and half hours and never got my meal . Understaffed and poorly trained team made it worse. Owner/ manager was indifferent to this poor service . Will never visit again

The place is a joke. Some of the food doesn't seem to fresh. They over seasoned on and too salty. The service was okay. Will not return again. The charcuterie tasted kind of old and not fresh.

I found this local place through a search and was so happy to have found it! Woman owned and great bartenders! I will come back!!

I was aware of The Vineyard but hadn’t made time to try it out. The place was clean and well decorated. The food was great and the waitstaff/sommelier made us feel at home. There were no kids, babies or emo support animals in there and a promotion was going on but we never felt hurried or like we were being pressured to order and the place was pretty quiet; we could easily talk across the table.

Amazing wine bar restaurant , this is one of a kind place where you can enjoy a great food and choose good wines, the food menu is no too extensive but the option available are really good, we tried the prosciutto with date as starters and were amazing, really nice place to eat and drink a glass of wine and share.

The Vineyards is the 21st century Cheers. A place where everyone knows your name. The service, food and hospitality are excellent. One of our go to restaurants for a good time. Thank you Deb and staff for always making us feel like family.

Fun evening listening to The Mixtape Renegades outside at The Vineyards. Would like to see more of these events.

We came for the music of the Mix Tape Renegades and they were great. Good mix of music, with good talent, and a good vibe. The Vineyard did not seem quite ready for all the people that came for that outdoor music. Service was slow, the grilled cheese sandwich we had was light on content and heavy on bread. The bruschetta was good, though a little heavy on balsamic, but we will say that the Mississippi Mud pie was pretty darn good.

My husband and I went to The Vineyard Wine Bar & Bistro for Valentine's Day and we had a great time. We did several of the appetizers. The charcuterie board was good, ,the gorgonzola stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto was amazing and the pear and walnut flat bread was out of this world. The kitchen was a little slow, but it is a small establishment and our server told us the kitchen was backed up. That just meant we got to have an extra glass of wine which was also very good.

I'm so happy we found this hidden gem after living in Orlando for nearly 30 years. Food was very good and service was extremely friendly and helpful. Try the cheese dates... trust me! :)

First time there but definitely not our last. We felt well take care of and not in the slightest bit rushed (on valentines Day)so we got to actually savor the food. Wine selection was awesome, and this is coming from a complete novice, but they didn't mind explaining everything to me so now I feel like a pro. Thank you for a wonderful evening...

This was our first time visiting this establishment. We had our date night tonight to celebrate Valentines Day. Deb, the owner, stopped to chat to make sure that we were satisfied with our meal. She's a very pleasant lady. Alex was great. She also took the time to speak to us. We felt like we were among friends. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We appreciate the entire stellar staff for making our evening out a great one! We would highly recommend The Vineyard Wine and Healthy Bistro for your next date night, or anytime!

4th update: Many thanks for the accommodations and good will. Alex is always a fantastic server, and we had the pleasure of being in her section. We appreciate your effort to make things right with regards to the previous visit and hope you will continue to offer decent wines as there are not many local places to frequent for decent wine and food in Dr. Philips. Great service!
3rd update: I had the pleasure of speaking with Deb & she listened with care and understanding and was very apologetic of the events that took place last night. I understand these issues don’t occur often and last night was just an off night that we happened to unfortunately encounter & Alex does usually take care of us but was busy last night and she always does assures we have a great experience that we hope she takes care of us next time. My friend and I extremely appreciate the acknowledgment and the gift card. While it may be another month or two before we are able to use it we do look forward to giving the vineyard another chance! Thank you for caring enough to make things right with long time guests.

Update: I just checked my credit card statement and noticed I had two charges for different amounts charged to my card and had to call to ask what that was about. Apparently they accidentally did the math incorrectly and ran my card but voided it and reran my card for correct amount but failed to make me aware that they did this and assumed I wouldn’t notice? When I called she said she forgot that yesterday was a bank holiday and it will likely fall off my account by end of the day today. At this point disappointment is an understatement!

Just really disappointed, I drive over 40 minutes to come here with a friend. With the holidays it’s been a bit since I came. I found out they changed their menu and it no longer offers the salad I used to get so that was my first disappointment for the evening, followed by our server not being knowledgeable on any of the wine. When we asked questions her response was always I can bring you a sample. When working in a wine bar please be knowledgeable on at least tasting notes and food pairings. Secondly we were not informed of any items on the menu not being available until about 45 minutes in when we were ready to order. My friend and I both have dietary restrictions which makes what we can eat here already limited as it isn’t a huge menu. So we decided on the shrimp cocktail and Brussel sprouts. Our server informed us upon riding that they were out of the shrimp cocktail and we said then we will just start with the Brussels. About 5 minutes later she comes back to inform us those are also out. We ended up getting a second glass of wine and cashing out to go have dinner somewhere else. These unfortunate circumstances have caused me to rethink where I will be dining for my next girls night out. And to think that if our server would have communicated from the beginning about items being sold out & known more about the wines it wouldn’t have left me with such a dissatisfied experience.
