The Wave... of American Flavors

This restaurant is conveniently located in Disney's Contemporary Resort across from Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately, they are currently under construction until September 10, 2021, however, when we were there in April, it was open. This restaurant was recommended to us by the concierge at our Resort. Love the hidden gem that is The Wave. We were there for the last night before the closure. Bacon & eggs, strawberry salad, filets, just perfection. The service has always been wonderful, the food divine. We all know that Disney likes to fix things that aren't broken but I have my fingers crossed for The Wave. Thank you to all Wave cast members.

After hearing that this place was going to close permanently, my party and I wanted to try this restaurant out. The reviews that we watched online recommended the bacon and eggs for appetizer. Let me say that this dish was EXTREMELY addictive. In fact, I wish I just ordered two of those and turn into an entree. It's that good...
