Stopped in here before a show at the DP performing arts center and this will be a new regular stop. Happy hour drinks 1/2 price and good small plates. Was perfect!

We enjoyed happy hour with about 12 people. Everything we ordered was very tasty and the drink prices were fantastic! I love the location and the vibe.

Came here for a galentines brunch. This place is very unique. Feels like you’re at a vintage home with different rooms and sitting areas. We sat outdoors. The ordering process is super cool. You order on your phone and the wait staff knows where to bring your order. Cool music, nice vibes. The food and drinks were delicious. Staff was great. Five stars for sure!

A wonderful discovery I made while looking for a more affordable place to stay out the duration of my trip to Orlando.

All amenities were useful and helpful. A portable space heater made a chilly bathroom cozy for a shower in minutes.

A white-noise generator with a variable volume setting offset the music from the on-premesis bar. Smart and thoughtful!

As a result, I was able to rest well enough around my middle-of-the-night trip to the (hour away) Kennedy Space Center to say this place was a lifesaver.

On-site manager was friendly and accommodating, for which I am grateful.

We hosted a wedding Welcome Party on February 6 for 120 guests. Hannah was our responsive event coordinator over the past year and was exceptional with helping us choose the 7 item buffet menu for our guests as well as how much of the restaurant we needed to reserve for the party. It was such a pleasure meeting Hannah the afternoon of the party to finalize details including lighting the fire pit—-which was a popular spot for our guests! Wellborn has such great ambience, we reserved 2 rooms downstairs and the pretty courtyard. Manager Zaran greeted me warmly when I arrived to the party and introduced me to the fabulous wait staff. The whole team provided excellent service to our guests in such a gorgeous setting. Guests commented on how great the food was in addition to the extensive selection of beverages. Many guests told me how special The Wellborn itself was and how perfect the party was. Thanks Hannah, Zaran and team for making this party a successful way for guests to mingle inside and outside the night before the wedding. I highly recommend The Wellborn for special events and I will be back for tapas. My son and his wife were thrilled the party turned out so well!

This was my third stay at The Wellborn, and it continues to be a true hidden gem in the heart of downtown. The location is perfect, and the property itself is clean, updated, and very spacious—especially appreciated when traveling with my two dogs.

It’s a staffless hotel, but don’t let that fool you. Anytime I needed something, there was always someone available by phone who was responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The process is seamless and stress-free.

A special bonus is the adorable courtyard, which serves drinks and tapas during limited hours—such a charming touch and a great place to unwind.

I absolutely love this place and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a unique downtown stay.

Food is decent, but the music is way too loud for breakfast. The soundtrack, which sounds like boring ai generated electronic music, sucks so bad. We asked if they could turn down the music and they said they couldn't because people enjoy it. However the courtyard (where the music was the loudest) was empty and the balcony area (which is relatively quiet was crowded). They also don't have adult sized forks. Like why am I eating with a shrimp cocktail fork?

Love this place! Food is decent, sadly they changed the angus sliders recently and they aren’t nearly good as they used to be ☹️

Servers need to learn how to talk to customers. Rude waste of time go somewhere else. It was the food runner with the mouth

Really great stay in the center of it all. There's a lot to do and see around the hotel. Only complaint is there's not a pool for the hot Florida days. We were forced to go to the beautiful Florida beaches instead!
