We ordered at Island Polk, the vegetable was not fresh, half of the lettuce was an edible. The salmon was not fresh, and we have stomachache after. It was not worth the price.

** warning do not go here **Food was a disgrace, absolutely disgusting they couldn't even get it warm never mind hot.Vegetarian option was 3 slices of Cucumber and two Tomato slices in a flat bread for $8.The drinks from the fountain was just fizzy water.Service was shocking we thought about leaving before the food arrived as it had taken so long.Unfortunately we waited and the food did arrive not sure what was worse.Whatever the staff were on but must have been better than the food.Honestly the worst experence we have had in Orlando.ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERESave yourself the money and potential doctor appointment go somewhere else.

Cashier had no training or idea how to take an order. There was no line and the food took 10 minutes to prepare. The fries were cold and they said they just came out of the frier. I asked them to try them to see my point. Then they made a fresh batch for me then they sat on the order ready shelf for 5 minutes until the untrained cashier was able to get them to me. What an overall disappointment.

We walked up at 11:20 and the sign said “closed,” but the workers were there, so we asked what time they opened. She said 11. We politely pointed out that the sign said “closed,” just to let them know, and she heaved a sigh and changed it. Then we tried to order, and she pointed to the iPad at the next station. There were other guests using that one, so we were looking around for another one. Another worked fussed at us, “I TOLD you that it’s over there.” I explained that we were looking for another one. At that point, I was done with the mean attitude and explained that we were new here and couldn’t hear her over the fan, and to please be more kind. After that, she was. But, seriously? Super grump unhelpful staff. Which I now see from other reviews has been a consistent problem for a while.Start ordering food. Two of us, on two different ordering pads. One froze after I swiped my card to pay. The other gave an “order not accepted.” AND you have to enter your phone number to order, so I’m sure we will be spammed now. AND I have to check my card later to make sure the charge didn’t go through. We collectively decided, “This is nuts,” andwalked away and went across the lawn to the Yard House instead. Thank God. So I can’t speak to the food.

It is bad, food is not good, poke was not fresh. In summary it is a bad choice. But we were hungry and with two kids this was the quicker option.

Good place to visit whether you live in the area or you are just visiting. Decent food options and entertainment. Good place to go to get out the house or for those looking to get out their hotel room. The Orlando Eye is right there and more restaurants within walking distance. Giid place to take kids and walk around. Worth the visit for families.

Please don’t waist your time eating at this joke of an establishment. Go outside and choose something worth wild and with better service.Momma aka the cook can’t cook for S**t and takes absolutely forever. 5 meals took 40 minutes and then gave me an attitude when I asked how much longer. When you screw up chicken fingers, I think that’s a sign to pack it up and start cooking for nursing homes.3 people running this whole thing and all you get is ignored just to ask for the side sauce that’s supposed to come with the meal.Glad I didn’t try the pizza because I’m sure it’s a joke and I could do better grabbing a frozen pizza from the frozen food section at Walmart.

Let me just start off by saying there is a reason why this place has a 1.7 rating. When we first got there, which must have been right after they opened, we wanted pizza. A guy who worked there came up to us about 10 mins after scrolling on the menu pad and said it would be a long wait for the pizza. We asked how long because we were willing to wait but he shook his head no and said it’s gonna be a while. So we decided on tacos. The tacos did take a while but I wasn’t really upset because we had a little time to spare. So I go and get our food. They lady that was handing me my food did not greet me, did not say thank you or you’re welcome. I asked her 3 questions, and she didn’t even make eye contact not one time while answering those questions. She acted like she was so annoyed with me. Back to the pizza…..the person who ordered right after we did got their food about 5 mins after. Magically here comes the pizza that we were supposed to be waiting hours for. I said all of that to say this place is horrible. Not because of the food, but because of the customer service. They are so unwelcoming and cold. Just a bad experience overall for our first time visiting Orlando. They don’t have to worry about us coming back.

Cashier has no knowledge of what they sell in the Wheelhouse Market. When you pay they don’t give you a receipt. I ordered one drink - Fruit Punch - order of fries and order of churros. I was told that food would be ready in 15 minutes. I received my fries about 7 minutes later. I told them I also ordered churros. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer and the cashier told me that the lady who works with him just started cooking them. Food should come out together. If you do not know how to prepare food do not offer. Once I received the churros they were hot and a little hard but they completely covered them with sugar and cinnamon. If you are hungry eat outside of the Wheelhouse market.
