Self serve largely, you order and find your own seating. Seats are mainly this long communal table, but its pretty big so there may be other types

Food is meh, but if youre here its not for the food lol . Yes the decor is witchy and old! The theming is on point and if youre just a fan of witchy vibes in general you’ll enjoy a visit

Food did come out lukewarm, maybe its premade and sits until ordered since the order rate is so high? Who knows

Its loud and crowded (ppl bumping into you a lot, rsp when finding seats) so if you have sensory issues this may be a nightmare

You will have to use your imagination a little, quite apt as this restaurant is in the world of Harry Potter.

Imagine a restaurant with a huge queue running all the way inside and then outside. Imagine a restaurant with dirty tables everywhere, and extremely slow staff, rude staff (some of them, not all). We eventually got directed to a table, but it was soaking wet, we decided to sit somewhere else, but got 'Alisha' trying to berate us to sit back where we were directed. We capitulated because we didn't want to cause a scene, but then sat back and watched Alisha and Summer, and others take an absolute eternity to clear tables. Alisha doesn't seem able to do it on her own so stands around chatting with other people employed to clear tables. Theres a clear lack of management in this restaurant, no-one is making sure staff are doing as they are supposed to do.

The food was good, and the people that brought the food out were speedy.

Alisha thinks being rude to paying customers and slacking on the job is the way to keep her job apparently. She's standing behind me right now chatting and laughing with sixteen tables that need clearing...

This place is awesome! We were originally going to eat here for dinner because they have gluten and dairy free items that my kid could eat, but we had to cut our visit short and stopped in for every type of butterbeer they have instead. My husband got the hot butterbeer, I got the butterbeer ice cream, and my kids got the frozen butterbeer. It was all so good!!! If we ever go back to Universal, we will definitely come back!

As for the service, you are provided a table and scan a code to place your order. Someone then brings it over. We got 2 souvenir cups, and the man at the bar was kind enough to rinse out for us to bring home and even refilled my husband's water bottle. The atmosphere is perfect and comfortable. I really love this place!

Ordered 2x Fish & Chips, 2x Mac & Cheese, 1x Chicken & Ribs... Everything apart from the Chicken & Ribs was cold. Clearly been left sitting around for a minimum of 10-minutes. When you're spending $100+ the least you expect is warm food. Won't be returning.

The only breakfast I had worse than this place was the Leaky Cauldron. Breakfast is easy! You can do much much better! Was sold this place in Terra Luna told it was a character breakfast which was false.

the service was horrible. we waited over an hour to get in and then ordering online was also not good bc the app worked for almost no one in our group. we eventually all ordered off our friends phone and waited over an hour for our food. not to mention the portion sizes. i payed 24$ for chicken strips that had only two strips. if you are tired, hungry and feet hurt i would not recommend.

The wait was short, but the excessive heat made the wait feel much longer than it actually was. I would highly recommend extending the roof of the entrance to the line outside, maybe an open tent or something to shield customers from the scorching sun of Florida. Once inside, the cool a/c felt heavenly. The food left A LOT to be desired and it was unnecessarily confusing having to order through the QR code on the table that then led you to the Universal app. Luckily, I was traveling with an annual pass holder that had the app, but I can't imagine the struggle for disabled individuals, tourists, or families traveling with children or without a phone. The meal was meh. The vegetables were terrible. The over priced meat pie did not include a drink. Will not be returning.

Stopped here for lunch and had a great time! The food was delicious and the decor was amazing! It’s our usual goto for lunch and we have had a great experience each time. We waited in line to be seated for about 20/30 mins and you do have to use mobile ordering once you sit down to order your food. We had the Shepherds Pie, Rotisserie Smoked Chicken, Chicken and Ribs platter, Beef Pasties, and for dessert we had the Butter beer ice cream and apple pie. The chicken was well seasoned and the ribs were very good! We liked the butter beer ice cream more than the drink as the drink is way too sweet for us but the ice cream had an easier taste we could handle and the apple pie was a good choice as well!!

Mobile order is so much better than waiting in line. If you’re looking for protein the rib/chicken plate is the choice.
