Thrive Cocktail Lounge & Eatery

We are in Florida for vacation from California. This was a first trip to Thrive Cocktail Lounge and Eatery. We enjoyed great service, fabulous cocktails and amazing food. I'm plant-based and my husband isn't. It's so nice to find a great restaurant that satisfied us both without sacrifice.

We went here for a birthday celebration dinner before going to SAK Comedy Lab. The service was top notch. Jonathan was our server and did an outstanding job. We had a party of nine people and he stayed on top of our table. We tried several dishes between the 9 of us. The brussels sprouts and noodles were excellent!!! No complaints on any of the dishes. It’s a great VIBE!!!! We are already planning a trip back.

Went to Thrive Cocktail Lounge & Eatery to celebrate my birthday with my neighbor Victoria and had an amazing brunch experience. There's no street parking, so we paid $15 for 3 hours at a lot up the street. I highly recommend making reservations, especially on weekends. We went early to beat the crowd. Our waitress Mia was great very friendly and attentive. We started with waters and a few shots, then ordered several tapas-style dishes to share: Up To Dumpling, Breakfast Bao's, Let's Have A Toast (VG), and Takes Two To Mango*. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For dessert, we had Can't Go Wrong, which was the perfect way to end the meal. The drinks were good, the food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Overall, a great spot for brunch and special occasions!

I recently visited Thrive Cocktail Lounge & Eatery and had an excellent experience. The drinks were thoughtfully crafted and flavorful, making for a great start to the evening. The food was outstanding — particularly the Brussels sprouts, which were absolutely unbelievable in both taste and preparation. Additionally, the sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, showcasing the kitchen's attention to detail. Our server, Jonathan, provided exceptional service throughout our visit, being attentive and friendly without ever being intrusive. Overall, Thrive Cocktail Lounge & Eatery offers a wonderful combination of quality food, great drinks, and top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

My husband and I decided to try this place because the menu read so well and, when we arrived, first impressions were that the restaurant was beautiful but the music was way too loud. The circular booths are a nice touch but that doesn't make up for the continuous loud R&B/rap music. We ordered the Sauvignon Blanc and champagne and they were good but it took a long time for our server to take our drink order and brink it to us. We decided to skip the food, since the service was horrible and we felt out of place in the restaurant. We had to ask another server for the check and, when the check arrived, we saw an 18% automatic gratuity. We became angry as our server definitely did not deserve that kind of a tip and couldn't wait to leave. We paid the bill and left and our server chased us out, claiming that we needed to pay our check. Goes to show that she wasn't very attentive. Everything said, don't go here if you are expecting a nice experience

Brendan was an absolute rockstar! Five women walked into the restaurant ready to celebrate a birthday, and Brendan and his team treated us like royalty from the moment we sat down. The food? Top tier. The vibes? Immaculate. He even hand‑wrote after‑dinner recommendations for us — such a thoughtful touch and incredibly helpful. I genuinely couldn't recommend this restaurant more!

Our server went over and above to explain the menu and was extra attentive throughout. Fantastic cocktails. Food was exceptional.

Love a trendy tapas restaurant! What an eclectic menu, full of MANY flavor profiles, everyone's favorite cravings - upscale sliders screaming MAJOR flavors (foodie's dream), sushi, bao buns - you can get a little bit of everything here, and we did!! Definitely share with your party so everyone can get a lil bit of everything. Thrive did not disappoint, definitely MAKE a reso - it's not a large restaurant! We walked right in and others had to wait 2 hours on a Sunday evening.

Food was excellent. Variety of choices on the menu for various tastes. Cocktails were creative and fantastic as well and our group sampled quite a few from the menu. A must stop for downtown Orlando.

You won't be disappointed in the food. One of the most unique cocktail menus you'll ever see.

Great place fore a pre show dinner. Delicious tapas style food and handcrafted cocktails. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
