Pretty tasty BBQ food. Chicken was a little dry but the ribs were really good. Decent prices for a themes park and the banana rum drink was amazing. Seems like one needs to order on the app first than gets a table.

Unfortunately after having to order the food through an app and paying. We were not allowed in the actual restaurant. I ordered the pork nachos for my children that arrived with barely any cheese. The order showed up very late. We were not allowed to enter the building to request extra cheese nor were we allowed to grab utensils including napkins to eat our food. Please be aware of this restaurant location in Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Way over priced and the worst service I have experienced in any major amusement park. DON’T EAT HERE.

Looking for somewhere cooler and less crowded with healthy options and found it here. the salad was nice and we felt we had better energy for the rest of the day after choosing a healthier feeling option

I tried to get lunch here with not to busy waited for a while first they were out of empanadas then waited another 30 for the rest of my food never got it had to demand to get a refund and all the staff was hanging and not doing anything couldn't get a straight answer of why I never got my food

Stayed open late on a rainy day with a positive attitude towards guests. Food was fine for fast dinner, kids options great and gf/vegetarian great.

Tucked in a corner in the Jurassic area, we got an outdoor table facing where the Jurassic water ride splashes down. You can find a seat & order from the app, or have someone get a table & you can order at the register. But you need to know the table number. They deliver the food to you. My rotisserie chicken salad was excellent! So freaking good. My hubby got pork nachos that he said were good, not great. We both loved watching the water ride while we ate. If you are gluten free, they had lots of options that were clearly marked.

Very nice restaurant and atmosphere. The issue that seems to be non-existent to most customers and staff is the amount of sparrows living inside the facility. Truly a Jurassic Park experience.

What a unique find at the park. Surrounded by popcorn, churros, and noise, this restaurant is tucked in a quiet corner. We walked right in with no wait and grabbed a seat by the window...with a perfect view of the water ride next to us, crashing down with a giant splash. You order food from the app, and a waiter brings it to your table. I was surprised by the healthy menu. As a vegetarian, it was nice to have a meal option. Our daughter had some watermelon and rice. The food was good, but a bit dry. I would like to discover more hidden gems like this at Universal.

The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious, but the quantities are absurd, very little portion for a $20 plate, I even stayed hungry and had to go out to eat more somewhere else.

I have never eaten so little of the large plate and food like for a baby and with the prices it has it should be a normal plate for an adult I do not recommend it and we will never return I prefer any other place that serves you the normal amount for an adult

Cold food, very spicy, poor cleaning, the customer has to order outside but has to indicate a table number without having the table. The staff does not explain anything. Disposable cutlery. Bad Cab wine. We ordered a soup, a chicken and a hash that was pretty bad. The corn is tasty. The soup is not bad, but it arrived cold.

Rice and beans taste like medicine. Artificial seasoning. The other foods are very spicy and contain industrialized seasoning. My family got sick from the food. I do not recommend it.
