Server dayana was horrible I got the nacho combo and she told me it came with a refill twice before we paid. Then soon as I need a refill she told me I had to pay why lie either she doesn't know English good enough or she's a little slow the manager wasn't no help either will not be returning to that restaurant

For theme park food, this place exceeded our expectations. Very efficient service! You pick a table, scan for the menu, select your food, place the order, select your table number and the food is delivered right to you. No waiting on lines! Super easy. Super yummy. We ordered the permit, rotisserie chicken, and nachos.

Food was delicious for a theme park. We had ribs platter and pernil platter with two shakes and we were pleasantly surprised with taste and portions!
GOOD FOR GLUTEN-FREE. We had someone in our party with allergies - a member of the kitchen staff came to discuss them and prepared the meal themselves - reassuring and very appreciated - even without that I would give a 5 (in the context of a theme park restaurant)

Unfortunately after having to order the food through an app and paying. We were not allowed in the actual restaurant. I ordered the pork nachos for my children that arrived with barely any cheese. The order showed up very late. We were not allowed to enter the building to request extra cheese nor were we allowed to grab utensils including napkins to eat our food. Please be aware of this restaurant location in Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Way over priced and the worst service I have experienced in any major amusement park. DON’T EAT HERE.
