Angry Cardinals

We came in as the Angry Cardinals, and one of our cardinals complained heavily about the portion sizes — they were definitely on the smaller side for the price. That said, we still had a great time, and our server Rhema was absolutely spectacular. Her energy, attentiveness, and overall service totally elevated the experience. Even with the grumbling from our flock, she kept everything smooth and enjoyable.

Had a nice experience at Tiffins! Our server, Rhema, was outstanding — warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She feels like family now. We ordered the butter chicken, truffle fries, and gobi Manchurian with a bottle of Goats Do Roam! Everything tasted great, but the portion sizes were pretty small for the price. Still, Rhema’s excellent service and positive energy made the meal enjoyable.

If you’re visiting Tiffins, definitely ask for Rhema.

The beautiful art by Joe Rohde and the great theming and music is the best part of the experience. The bread service was very small for how expensive it was, and the chips had a really bad taste. Honestly if I could only get the curry bread I'd do that instead.

The Butter Chicken was disappointing. The chicken and sauce itself was great, but having it be bone in so you have to cut it yourself, omitting rice or bread to soak up the remaining sauce, and pairing it with vegetables that don't go with the flavors at all defeats the purpose of such a simple dish.

The chocolate dessert was a great way to finish, no notes.

Offensively expensive. There is just no reason to charge that much money. It doesn’t cost $52 for a few ounces of short rib. The curry was $38, I’m in the industry, that’s probably a 10% food cost for them. It’s too bad because it would’ve been nice to enjoy it if the prices were reasonable.

Food was terrible, Signature hamburger was served raw. Waiter said chef recommended it be cooked to medium rare, which is the way I like a hamburger. After a couple of bites I realized it was raw. They took it off the bill, but i felt ill and did not eat anything else.

Short ribs were dry and tasted like a poorly made pot roast. Bread service was OK, drinks were OK, curry tasting was OK.

Nothing special here at all. 2 main courses and 2 drinks cost $200. Not worth it.

First time getting to try Tiffins and certainly will be back. Fantastic service and all the food was great. Only note is that the pace of the meal was leisurely so just keep that in mind if you are short on time

Oct 2025: Another awesome burger and crispy waffle fries for lunch. Feb 2025: Redeemed itself today with an excellent burger (lunch only) w crispy waffle fries. Thanks, Hassane! Two years ago we were sorely disappointed in our entrees so haven't been back. Ask for the butterfly room because the ambiance is lovely whereas the safari room is cold, boring, beige. Chenin Blanc is nicely dry.

Expensive but very good. A nice respite in the middle of the day. Get the truffle fries!

$55 dry pot roast, mediocre lobster Mac. I left more than half of it and wasn’t questioned.

First I will start by saying that since this restaurant is in the park, people will be dressed accordingly, but that doesn’t change the quality of the food, the drinks, or the excellent service. I had the pleasure of being served by Giancarlo. Giancarlo was very knowledgeable & was able to explain & answer all questions as if he curated the menu himself.

I had the white wine flight. It came with a Sauvignon blanc, a Chenin blanc, & a Chardonnay. The Chenin was definitely my favorite of the three, which is surprising because I am a New Zealand Sauvignon blanc kind of girl. Paratha bread with a coriander sauce was brought out as bread service. They pair beautifully. There is another bread option but due to dietary restrictions, I didn’t try it because it does have cheese.

For my meal, I had the whole fried fish of the day, which was my favorite, sea bass. The skin was perfectly crisped on the outside & the meat was so moist & flaky. The coconut fried rice & the green & red curry sauces were great compliments to the fish. The flavors married together very well.

My partner had the surf & turf. The tenderloin came out medium rare which is their suggestion, even though she requested medium. She stated that while the tenderloins flavor was a little underwhelming & required a steak sauce, the seared scallops were the star of the show. Great texture & even better flavor. The polenta & demi-glace deserves a special mention as well.

We were too full to try any of the desserts but would definitely return to sit in Giancarlo’s section for some dessert & drinks!

We have been here many times and had come for lunch on this trip. We unfortunately did not get lunch. The fire alarm activated and ,of course, the restaurant was evacuated. We had ordered and the appetizer had just arrived but we didn't get to eat it, so I can't say if the food is OK or not. THE REAL ISSUE is after evacuating the restaurant,we were advised that there was no idea how long it might be or even if they would reopen. Of course any bill due was dismissed, so any guest that had eaten there lunch got it for free. I'm sure it saved some people hundreds of dollars. Since we had not eaten, for us it means finding a different place to eat which was 2 hours later. We even had to go to Guest Service to have the Tiffins reservation removed before we could make a new reservation at a different location. We eventually got into Rainforest Cafe over 2 hours later. Obviously the fire alarm is not directly the restaurant's fault but they could assist the guests that now have to get a new reservation.
