The last time I visited, it wasn't busy; only a young girl was serving me, and the milk tea was delicious! This visit there were more staff members, but the atmosphere was horrible and strange. I just hope I'll have the chance to enjoy my favorite milk tea shop again in the future.

The boba was actually very tasty, it was the perfect combination of sweet and not too chewy. The Thai tea was the best Thai tea boba I’ve had from a boba shop. The worker Daniel gave a great explanation of all the boba and what they came with. Overall I recommend.

the fried popcorn chicken was really good, the girl was nice enough to let me sample a cream puff, we ended up getting tiger mango sago drink with boba, egg tart, and churros, everything exceeded expectations

Ordered the mango sago. Delicious mango drink with crunch aloe and other toppings. Delightful to get a refreshing but non caffeine drink at night.

The store is good. BUT one clerk always make me upset. Whatever I ordered, she always made it wrong (Wrong beverage, wrong topping, wrong ice and sugar). I did not exaggerate it, “every time” I had a wrong one. I had experienced it at least five times. Even if I told her to give me a new one, that new one is still wrong. Thus, I chose to take the wrong one finally. I don’t know this is the reason, but I usually find she spend a lot of time using her phone, so she can not pay attention to what we ordered even if I use the order machine and she only need to make the order based on the list.

This is the best boba restaurant in central Florida. I grew up in China until I am an adult. I have had so many cups boba tea in China and U.S.
I have been searching delicious boba tea in central Florida. I am so glad that I found Tiger Sugar. The boba is delicious and the black sugar flavor is wondering! The original milk tea is a must have. The milk is high quality and smooth. I love the mango sago as well! They are all too good!
I strongly disagree to people who dislike this establishment. Also, I hope more people would leave good reviews for this place. It deserves more!
Also, I am been here multiple times (about 6 times). The customer service is always great!

Probably the most dissapointing boba ive ever had. Goopy, grainy, just odd all over.
They don’t have chicken cutlets anymore or any chicken, I repeat no more chicken!! Dont drive 40 mins like I did and come disappointed ☹️
