We recently placed a catering order from this restaurant, and not only was the food absolutely amazing and incredibly fresh, but the service we received went far beyond our expectations.
There was a small mix-up with one item missing from our order, and that’s when Mr. CJ, the manager, truly showed what exceptional customer service looks like. He was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely committed to making things right. Without hesitation, CJ made it his personal mission to deliver the missing item to us himself. That level of care and dedication is something you don’t see often, and it made a lasting impression on us.
The food was a huge hit — everything tasted freshly prepared, flavorful, and made with love.

The food and service was amazing. I had the veggie burritos and salsa chips. I tried Jason‘s mom‘s hot sauce and it wasn’t enough spice so I went with the fiery fruit. It was spicy and delicious. The place is exotically decorated with different figures painted on the wall. They apparently also do catering which is highly recommended.

I love Tijuana because the employees are great the food is amazing. I do wish they had a shrimp or fish option that wasn't an upcharge. But Taco Tuesday and Throwback Thursdays are great deals. The staffs always amazing. (Michael)And the churros and flautas are to die for. My fan of their sweet tea. It's always clean fun crazy atmosphere. But it can get busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays but it is worth the wait.

This location NEVER disappoints. Have not ever had a bad experience here and we go there about twice a month +. Would be more often if they were closer to Reaves Road & Pleasant Hill Rd in south Kissimmee. Managers and supporting staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. Food is always so good. Tables are always clean. They have taco specials on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Here I am on a Saturday morning writing this review and now I’m hungry for Tijuana Flats! 😁🌮🤤
