I've been ordering every tuesday from this store for a little over a year now. it has always been fantastic until about 2 months ago. every order since then there has been an issue. missing drinks/food, allergens added to food that were requested to be removed or omitted from the order, and more than a few shocking conversations heard from the kitchen staff. the first few times I sucked it up and tossed the contaminated food and took the hit without complaining, as I didn't want to cause any issue with the resturaunt. I finally complained when I was pushed to review as the cashier circled the feedback survey on the receipt and wrote multiple names down. I left a polite, but honest review that I was missing food and had been missing things or received incorrect things for a while now. the store PR sent me an email stating they were sorry and offered a single appetizer. I felt bad and did not redeem it as it seemed very genuine. I made another order today and once again, my order is incorrect. if my name was not plastered on printouts of every box in the bag, I would have thought that I had accidentally received someone else's order entirely. But no, it is my name and exactly what I ordered on the printouts, but the boxes contain something very different. I can't keep throwing my money down the drain like this every week, I won't be eating here any more as long as this keeps up, and I won't be recommending this resturaunt to anyone else. its really dissapointing as until recently i have always had fantastic food and service here, but it seems that something has changed for the worse. there's plenty of tacos shops in the area and I'll have to start looking around elsewhere for my weekly fix.

Good food, service workers were friendly enough. Though I did see one service worker a little annoyed someone didn't push in their seat while she was cleaning up the table and ended up forcibly pushing it back in. I get it not many customers are cut from same cloth as others.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend a place that doesn’t value their customers besides the food being cold when served we still ate it no complains. What I didn’t appreciate was finding a hair in my food. Telling the employees and them not acknowledging nor concerning the problem. I look towards the back and I see the crew making the food with no hair nets on their heads and no gloves not cool. Very disappointed, I loved coming here. ? poor customer service.
