The food is good, but I’ve had to stop coming here due to the bad service. There seems to be some inconsistency in training.

Food and selection is great. All very tasty. Service is fine, no issues. I'd like to see a better price but it's a good amount of food, so it's ok there. Gluten-free, Celiac-safe options available is awesome. Kids eat free Sundays is great too.

The evening of July 3rd, we took the kids out for dinner—we’re moving and between packing, cleaning, and just trying to keep three tiny humans alive, convenience is survival. As part of our “Orlando Farewell Tour,” we chose one of my favorites: Tijuana Flats. Fun, casual, kid-friendly… they even offer applesauce and apple juice with their kids meals. Perfect, right?
We spent around $60—app, entrees, kids meals. Our 2 year old twins were happy, staying in their seats, and our 10 months old was squealing with excitement over his shredded chicken. No tantrums, just the usual baby joy sounds.
A college-aged, and clearly undertrained, employee walked up and said:
“I’m going to have to ask you guys to try to keep it down. I get they’re kids and all, but can you try to keep them quieter please?”
I was stunned. We were one of the only table in the restaurant. I truly thought he was joking. But nope—he was dead serious.
As someone navigating postpartum depression and anxiety, that moment hit hard. I felt embarrassed, angry, and ashamed. We boxed up our food, left, and I emailed corporate. Maybe nothing comes of it. But maybe—just maybe—another family in a vulnerable moment won’t be shamed like we were.
Call me crazy, but if your restaurant offers applesauce as a side, maybe don’t police the happy squeals of a baby.

placed an order to go and the queso was burnt and lumpy. called the store and spoke to Matt, the manager who didn't give a damn about putting a disgusting cup of queso that looked like throw up in the plate and seemed unbothered by my complaint. will never set foot in that store ever again! DISGUSTING!

I ordered and paid for a burrito that I didn’t receive not receive with my order. The manager said she doesn’t get paid for uber eats orders which is ridiculously false! I’m not stupid! She kept hanging up on me instead of answering my question which was can I get what I paid for and didn’t receive another night? She just kept repeating that they don’t get money for uber eats and literally said they send free food out the door to uber eats. That’s insane! And not true! Need to add poor management to the list as well!
Terrible experience. The chicken smelled off, and my husband got sick shortly after eating. My daughter found a tiny bone in her ground beef — completely unacceptable. All of this happened in just one visit. Won’t be coming back.
Menu changed. The food was decent, palatable. But I don’t think I’ll be back for a while. It seems like the cheese has changed, not sure if this is just one person in the kitchen who made an error or if the consistency changed due to some sort of cost saving measures. The order that I used to get now doesn’t come with lettuce, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc, and I have to choose from either guac or cheese… of course it was a surprise getting plain flautas & cheese when I got use to flautas. LTO, sour cream, guacamole, chips and cheese… now the price is higher a bit and I get less food. Just not really worth it unless I’m going for trivia night.
It's just ok , not great they always forget your beverage when you order combos online.
18 dollars for a bowl of rice and some chicken is criminal. Fix your prices the dang bowl isn’t even full.

The food was delicious, and the young lady behind the counter was super cool and professional. I will be back!!
Great food and service
Ordered a chicken chimi and got only refried beans only in my chimi. Missing chips from my order of queso and chips and when I called their answer was that they would report it to the manager. No credit and no apologies. Never again will I come back. Had a bad experience on my last visit but decided to give them another chance and they blew it.
Waited 20 minutes for a burrito when 8 people who came in after me got four or five different meals before I got my food
Great service
