In a society where customer service has been on the constant decline-- it is SO refreshing to go to a place where they treat you with kindness. I walked in, was acknowledged and greeted by the young lady at the register. I told her I needed to figure out what my mom wanted and she politely told me to take me to take my time. I didn't get her name--
Once I was ready, Anthony took my order. I was a little extra because I was getting these for my mom in Atlanta as she loves TJ Tacos. I asked if they could separate the ingredients like a mini-catering order. I've never had a bad experience at this Tijuana Flats but today was extra lovely because Anthony offered to give me some ice for transportation of the taco goods and he gave my mom his kind sentiments and a courtesy treat as she is dealing with some health issues.
I always say "you don't know what people are dealing with so try to be kind and extend grace"-- it was very awesome being on the receiving end of this kindness and it means so much to me-- the smallest gestures leave the biggest impacts. Shout out to Anthony for providing such wonderful service-- truly appreciated! @TJ Flats-- he's a keeper! Give him a bonus and recognition!!
Oh— and my mom’s food is perfect— looks perfect and I’m sure she is going to love it—

What I ordered vs what I got. I ordered the garlic lime shrimp bowl. I order this often. I never make any changes. I have never had a problem with it. I ordered it again today got home and saw that there was a bunch of sauce so much that I could not eat it. Not sure what kind of sauce it was because it had never been on my previous orders. I go back to the restaurant to exchange it for a bowl without all that sauce, I go to my car and looked inside. There was no pickled onions on it. I go back and ask for a side dish of it. I get home only to notice that there was no corn or guacamole on the dish and the shrimps had too much seasoning. I was okay with exchanging because of the sauce, but finding out all the rest was a bit much. The staff was nice. I just wish my food had been better. Hopefully this was a one off. I wish I had taken a picture before I mixed everything up lol.

Order was ready and waiting by the time I got there. The staff was busy socializing amongst themselves, too busy to acknowledge that I was waiting. After 15 minutes, I asked if one of those orders sitting there was mine. The employee acknowledged me with a “what’s up”. The food was cold and missing sides such as sour cream, sauces and dressings. First and last time.

Always getting my food wrong every time and always takes forever
I've been to a handful of Tijuana's around Orlando, and this is by far the worst. Not only do they get the order wrong, but when they do get it right, it ends up tasting like crap. The last time my Burito only had rice and no beans, the time before that it never came with chips. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
