It seems like the cheese has changed, not sure if this is just one person in the kitchen who made an error or if the consistency changed due to some sort of cost saving measures. The food was great, as it always is at this location. Service was quick, but extremely cold and it seemed to be a tremendous bother to the server that brought the food to our table. Not a single word from her. She just hastily dropped each order in front of our party of 3. She didn't bother to ask who's order was who's. Needless to say, 2 of us did not have the correct food. I've never had a bad experience at Tijuana Flats. Our guest was a first time customer...
