they messed up my order the night before and told me to come back today to redeem themselves. The messed up the order again and the manager working on 9-10-21. had an attitude when i told them about it..we go there 3-4 times a week,,,not amymore

Ordered my food online and it was ready, as soon as I got into the restaurant. The food was great and service was great as well. I am glad that masks are required in the restaurant.

Unless you are a tourist desperately craving Tijuana Flats, just hold out for another location. Not horrid, they appear to be trying their best... Just a case of the blind leading the blind. At first, I thought maybe the order taker was new and confusing everyone (We all have to have extra consideration for trainees), but after reading the order back (3 times) and an extensive length of time, one of our meals still came out incorrectly and one came out looking like it had scrapings on top of it. The manager was hands on and pleasant, though.

Ordered a chimichanga and it was the saddest one I've ever gotten from Tijuana Flats. Hardly and filling, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't deep fried.Still tasted good for what I got so it gets 3 stars.
Tijuana flats is always a great establishment for you or your family. They have very good food and very good service.

I refuse to eat at a place that wants to limit my oxygen by wearing a mask. All you mask lovers are welcome to wear one. All you anti-maskers need to show businesses that they don't deserve your money. I went next door for some fried shrimp. Can't complain there.

Food was good as usual but they're VERY slow. I pulled up with only one other curbside order next to me a couple minutes after my expected time and I waited an extra 20 minutes after checking in.Fortunately the food was fresh. I'll give this location another chance to see if they do better as I really do like Tijuana Flats and this is closer to me.
