New design is horrible and sad. All the pictures are gone and it’s corporate copy and paste. Doesn’t feel like a community Tflats anymore. Lots of great memories there and now it’s all gone. Booths suck and doesn’t fit correctly where they placed them. I’ll choose the colonial drive location over this one now.

Tonight I online ordered for Taco Tuesday and went to the wrong location to pick up my food. By the time I realized my mistake, I was over an hour late to pick up my order from the SoDo location. I asked the girl at the pick up counter if they could possibly remake the food for me. Not only did she jump into action (and of course they remade it fresh and perfectly) but she also made me feel like I wasn’t a complete idiot (a point still up for debate). This location in particular has always had fantastic service and food. Tonight I was reminded why it was my “default” online order pickup spot. Thank you SoDo T-Flats crew!

I love Tijuana Flats food. It’s always reasonably prices and there’s always some sort of daily special. This location did exceptionally well even though it was very busy. I would come here again.
okay so i have been going to this location since i was 7 and there food was amazing and it has been but the past year or two they have messed my orders up and im so fed up with it cause every single time i order recently they manage to mess it up and when i say every single time i mean it this place would have been good maybe a few years ago but not anymore i would rather waist the gas money to go to another tijuana flats rather than this location and the location is less then .8 miles away im just so disappointed cause i can’t even enjoy a nice burrito anymore i would honestly order nothing else besides the caso and chips but even then you still will probably get cold or stale chips
