Waited 25 minuets for a To Go order at 7pm just to get home and find half my meal is missing, Tijuana Flats has been going downhill for years and this is the final straw. The company sold out and ruined something that used to be special.

Stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, and it was pretty quiet. Sam at the counter was super friendly and helped us choose a special with two meals, sodas, and a queso & chips appetizer for around twenty bucks. The food is very affordable, and it was fresh. We both ordered hard-shell tacos, which I wouldn't say were much different from other restaurants, but they were good. The cheese dip was really good, and we got a LOT of it. Unfortunately some of the hot sauces on the sauce bar were empty, so we didn't get to try too many, but it's nice that they're offered. Overall, it's a good choice for a quick, cheap, fresh lunch, and we'd go again if we found ourselves in the area.

Not sure WTH is going on with them tonight. I wish they had just turned us away vs taking our order. We've been waiting over half an hour. The chips we got were stale. The restaurant wasn't overrun or anything but now there are about a dozen other customers also upset and waiting for 30 minutes plus. The annoying part is they are serving Ubereats customers constantly while we all wait.
I asked for double chicken on my burrito and there was two small shredded pieces on my entire burrito when I got home and opened it up… It was all beans and rice
