Ordered a chicken and black bean quesadilla, it had a lot of black beans, barely any chicken, and it was really thin and small for $12... was ordered with extra cheese, if that was extra cheese then normal cheese must be almost no cheese. Wouldn't recommend.

Kenny is amazing! He really showed how hospitality should be and treated us with so much care. I am definitely coming back, love this place because of how well my group of 8 were treated. If anyone is wondering about this location, no doubt Kenny made it a great experience.

My experience was wonderful. The food was great, the people working there are the best ever. They saw that I had everything I needed while there eating. They took extra good care of me and everyone dining there. I highly recommend this location.

I went in for lunch today and it was horrible! I love this place from another location, but I’ll probably never visit any of them again! The staff waited on the cash register and the lobby without gloves and attempted to cut my food in half with no gloves on!!! I ask her did she wear gloves and she look at me as if I said something wrong!!! I knew I should’ve exited then… They took the food back and made another one with no meat! I paid for steak!!!!! I’m also a black woman who felt very uncomfortable with Spanish speaking staff! I requested my money back and they insisted making another one!! Go figure!!!!!! Horrible!

We ordered a chicken quesadilla online and picked it up. The store was not very busy so we got our food no problem. When we arrived home we opened up the quesadilla to assemble the ingredients and there was minimal cheese and chicken in it. We were pretty disappointed so we called the store asking if we could switch our order. I spoke with the manager and she was nice at first and then the call got disconnected. I called back and she was very defensive and rude. I tried to tell her that the quesadilla had barely any chicken and cheese and she said “I have been in the kitchen so that can’t be true”. She then said to bring it in so they can look at it. She also said they are extremely busy but when we were just there and there was only about 3 other people. We still wanted food but she aggressively said we will just refund you and hung up.She didn’t believe us and she was extremely rude. That isn't how a manager should handle a situation and customer especially when I was trying to be nice and really just wanted a good meal. Sadly we won’t be coming back.

Food arrived extremely late and cold after driver did not follow instructions in the app or why we called him. Also, there was no packaging for the burrito bowl, just dumped in a Styrofoam container that spilled everywhere. No drinks for the kids meals.

I used to love tijuana flats but lately the food is pretty terrible. I went yesterday and ordered a chicken quesadilla to go.. it literally tasted like cleaning spray. As if they had wiped the surface and didnt let it dry. Def not giving this place anymore chances. I have to say the girl in the cashier was very friendly!

Ordered a large order, including a taco meal take out, which included two large sides of queso. The meat portions were about half of what you usually get, however , I totally understand that can happen depending upon who is putting the order together.More importantly, this is what the queso looked like. It seems like it was frozen and reheated. I called up and spoke with the manager “Madison” who said it’s just because it was too hot.
