Made an order at 12/14/26 around 8:55 I was told that they would be closing soon and that I only had 3 minutes to make an order. I paid $10 and some change for my order got my food and it was barely chicken in the tacos and barely any chips. I understand that you’re about to close but I paid for my food that’s was not worth $10. Idk I feel like that’s petty.

I was excited to visit this Tijuana Flats after the reopening, but my order was made incorrectly twice. Several ingredients I asked for were missing the first time, and when they remade it, it still wasn’t right. One of the issues was that the jalapeños, which I asked for on the side, were put inside the burrito both times.

When I mentioned that repeated mistakes like that could be a problem for someone with allergies, the response I got felt pretty dismissive. Not trying to complain, but I do think it’s something the team should be aware of, especially with the location just reopening. I’d really like to keep coming back.

Today was my first time and experience with Tijuana flats. I will definitely be returning very soon with my family and friends.

I had a few nutritional questions, and staff answered them all.

Every single person since I walked in the door was very nice and professional.

The store was spotless and super clean, every single person who passed our table asked us how we were doing.

Service , very slow , food came out after the people that came in after me ! The food was ice cold barly any chips , tables dirty , drink was warmer than the food !

Tijuana flats is dead. Barely any chicken in flautas. Not fried at right temp, tortillas not crispy.

First sign something’s off: no bumper stickers all around the counter. Everything was off. The quesadilla came with the toppings on the side instead of inside like usual, it was just cold shredded cheese inside. The queso tasted very off from the classic taste. The chips were stale. Only reason it’s getting that high of a review is the service was great, the staff was great and addressed some issues but it still didn’t fix that the queso, which is normally liquid gold, was tragically lacking. Maybe the bumper stickers are necessary.

They locked their doors an hour earlier than closing time, had their open sign on as well. Employees just stared at me

The worst store there can be. I don't understand how they can make a person wait so long. I've been here for 45 minutes and still my order hasn't come out and the store isn't full at all. I don't want to imagine what it would be like if the store was full, they collapse.

I ordered online to be able to pickup right away and not be late coming back work. I had to wait 25 minutes past the pick up time. When it was finally given to me it was cold.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong protein. When I went to buy the correct protein he offered to give it to me for free even though I made the mistake and tried to change at last second great staff come here to eat!

It took us over 30 minutes to get the second half of our order due to the fact that the person who was supposed to be making it was leaning on a counter looking at a laptop with who we believe to be the manager. There was only one other group in the restaurant who had already received their food by the time we sat down. We would have never known if it wasn’t for my boyfriend asking the lady leaning on the counter where his food was. The only reason I rate this place 2 stars is because the cashier was very kind and apologetic even though the delay was not her fault. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes again soon, this time permanently.
