waited at curbside for over 15 minutes just to go inside and see the employees in the back on their phones and chatting while my food sits and gets cold. I even tried calling and no one answered while I sat on hold for 5 minutes. very disappointed and won't be coming back.

Place was dead, employees in the back I had to walk around for them to see me, then they didn't even greet me. I waited to see when she would, and then after about 2 minutes, she said, "Can I help you. Ordered 2 tacos, barley any meat or sides to fill up the tacos. Last time going there!

We came today and the person taking our order was very slow, I have to repeat my self 4 times. The food came like almost 10 min later and the restaurant wasn’t full was another family i of 4 and us. My daughter was eating her food and was a hair on the bottom of her chimichanga. I went to a lady and she made it again for her. Went she came she told us hopefully this one is hairless. I don’t think that was a good joke. And her chimichanga wasn’t good at all. I don’t think we are coming again to this location.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. Was willing to explain the different menu items to assure that we got exactly what we wanted. The food was quick to the table and was exactly as we ordered it. The quality and level of deliciousness was standard for any tea water flats, which is of course high. The place was clean and immaculate which gives me confidence that the kitchen probably was so as well. I will be back

No enchiladas. Food wasn’t all that good. Service wasn’t all that good. Just go to an actual Mexican restaurant and then the food will taste good and have a better experience and more of variety of food to pick from..

I got my partner chimichangas yesterday and fried cookie dough bites. I haven't eaten at Tijuana Flats but it's my partner's favorite. The lady was nice at the counter; it took about 15 minutes for us to get out to go order. The inside is Mexican themed- because it's a Mexican inspired restaurant!! We'll definitely come back for the hot sauces!
