Really disappointed in Tijuana Flats tonight. Pick up time was 628 and we were there around 630. We live like 5 minutes away. The food was ice cold. Reheating tacos is one thing but queso in plastic containers is impossible. Tacos had 0 cheese on them as well. This was my first and last time going to this Tijuana Flats location and quite frankly the company has been going downhill for the past few years.

I arrived the other night for dinner and I ordered two dos tacos with steak and fixings. They have a good selection of salsa but I recommend that they work on a salsa verde for people who like that. They have their typical good selection options and the steak in my tacos were perfectly seasoned and properly cooked. I went with soft tacos which were good and with a cold Coronas everything was just right. The bar chairs need replacement because they were very uncomfortable I wanted to stay longer but I was not comfortable in the chairs.

I hate to be the old person in the room, but the music is so loud inside. The cashier also spoke very quietly. This led to a frustrating experience. We had to keep asking him to repeat himself. He was ever courteous and did, but there was really no need for it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs and walkers in the queue and in the dining area. Good job Tijuana Flats.
