Really disappointed in Tijuana Flats tonight. Pick up time was 628 and we were there around 630. We live like 5 minutes away. The food was ice cold. Reheating tacos is one thing but queso in plastic containers is impossible. Tacos had 0 cheese on them as well. This was my first and last time going to this Tijuana Flats location and quite frankly the company has been going downhill for the past few years.

The food is always consistent and the staff was great. They get a 4 out of 5 only because ive been to a few of these and they feel newer modern cooler. This one is kinda dated. But its still good and fast food !

this location used to be great and now it's awful. they never have curbside ready and the manager Angie is possibly the laziest and careless employee I've come across. after calling to cancel my order due to waiting 25 mins outside - she didn't ask why or if she could make things better. this is twice in two weeks now. please leave the community and let us have another franchise that cares come into that spot!

I arrived the other night for dinner and I ordered two dos tacos with steak and fixings. They have a good selection of salsa but I recommend that they work on a salsa verde for people who like that. They have their typical good selection options and the steak in my tacos were perfectly seasoned and properly cooked. I went with soft tacos which were good and with a cold Coronas everything was just right. The bar chairs need replacement because they were very uncomfortable I wanted to stay longer but I was not comfortable in the chairs.

I ordered catering for a group of thirty from this Tijuana Flats location, and had the best experience working with them! It was so easy to order online. The food arrived on time, incredibly hot, and in convenient reusable carrying bags. I ordered two (15) person taco bowl packages for exactly thirty people, and everyone was asking how many I ordered for - there was SO much leftover food! It came with anything and everything you could want, from burrito staples, to chips and guac, to cookie dough flautas and churros for dessert. We had to use two flatbed carts to get everything to the conference room!My one wish is that Tijuana Flats provided an option to purchase water bottles with their catering, though this is at no fault of this location. The catering comes with one gallon of beverage per 15 people, so I supplemented by buying waters elsewhere. If I ever am tasked with ordering catering again, I will definitely be returning here!

I hate to be the old person in the room, but the music is so loud inside. The cashier also spoke very quietly. This led to a frustrating experience. We had to keep asking him to repeat himself. He was ever courteous and did, but there was really no need for it.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs and walkers in the queue and in the dining area. Good job Tijuana Flats.
Went to this location here in Dr. Phillips, and compared to any of the other Tijuana Flats had a poor experience due to food quality. Also the amount of meat and toppings that they put into it was very very little and not a lot compared to other
We wanted a little lunch so we decided to try Tijuana Flats again as it had been awhile. As we walked in we were greeted by the worker and ordered our flautas. We sat down and waited for our food. It was a bit of a wait as they were making it fresh and it looked like the worker who took our order was by himself. When the food arrived I hit up the hot sauce bar the staple of Tijuana Flats which is still great. Then we dug into the food. The food was not bad per se it just was not great or flavorful for the price you are paying. With the hot sauce, which was a must for flavor, it got a bit better but still not great. Unfortunately we probably won't be back, but not because of the poor worker, but because of the expensive basic bland food.
