My mother was denied entry to the venue solely because of her medical service dog, Six. Service dogs are protected under federal law, and denying access to someone who relies on one is not only discriminatory but also deeply disrespectful.

How dare you ignore federal law and deny a medically retired firefighter her and her service dog? An animal who sits under the table but stays alert to perform tasks. Especially someone who drove 9 hours to go to your establishment! You should be beyond ashamed of yourselves! I hope this manager is fired. There needs to be repercussions!
They denied access to a woman with a trained service dog, going against federal law. This is not the type of establishment anyone should support. Disrespectful and unlawful. Every place in the country is required to allow access to service animals wherever people are allowed.
