The Tonkotsu ramen is hot, steamy, rich pork broth, unique kikurage mushrooms and hearty bamboo and all the usual players for toppings. The Samurai crispy chicken is a chicken cutlet, panko crusted, double fried to perfection, served platter style with a side of light sweet tangy dipping sauce. The place is clean, tidy, tables ready for pick your own seating. There is a to-go container for leftovers and sauce station. Great service and fast food preparation. The staff is attentive and have great suggestions.
