We found this place to be the best since moving here from up north. Customer Service is genuinely the best. The food is sooo good. The price is reasonable. Nice place to just chill

So, a few things, first the site that comes up as the first result is apparently not the site you use to order. Additionally, the prices are all wrong, as well.
Not only have they raised their prices, they have also decreased the amount of food. We don't go too regularly, because ever since they switched owners, it's been one thing after another, but today was the last straw. you raised your prices AND you decrease the food.
We've ordered and a lot of the meals come with white sauce, and one time we tried to swap it out with teriyaki but they tried to charge us. We wanted to swap it, not add on. They kept telling us we had to pay but (at least on their apparently no longer functioning website) it's listed as being the same price.
Anyway, please do NOT call me about this review. Absolutely shameful. Ever since the owners switched, it's been awful and terrible.

Everything in store is more expensive and the employee was nice but is like “I don’t know why you can’t order online and I don’t have control over the website. “It’s not a very good look when you go and order and you price something out and ends up being more expensive.
I eat here once a week. The food is always good and consistent. And the service is perfect I like to say thank you. I appreciate the service amazing

The atmosphere is so calming here and the food is fantastic! Their appetizers are great and I love their boba! The main entrees are duper customizable as well. I love this place! My favorite thing to order are the Volcano Fries!

I have no idea why this place is rated so highly. Maybe the ramen is good? I got the blossom chicken bowl which was a lot of hard, crunchy, blandly seasoned coating over very little actual chicken with veggies and noodles. The volcano fries were decent (aka seasoned fries, grilled chicken, and sauce). If you really love fries maybe you’d be impressed. Also tried the black (regular) bubble tea. Everything was pretty ordinary. I will say the staff was nice tho.
