Absolutely disgusting experience at Top Top Hot Pot. I found multiple moldy noodles on their conveyor belt—no idea how long food has to sit there to turn moldy, but clearly, they don’t care about freshness or hygiene. When I brought it up, they forced us to pay and even threatened to call the police if we didn’t. I’ve never experienced something this unprofessional and gross at a restaurant. Stay far away from this place unless you’re okay with eating spoiled food and being treated horribly.

Their Sichuan soup base and Beijing sauce make the hot pot very authentic. While their sesame or peanut sauce is as tasty as authentic Chinese style (or supposed to be), other places in Orlando often have oily peanut or sesame sauces. I don't understand why, but this is definitely where you can find the best sauce. And sauce is very important! Will keep coming back!

First time here and it was very good. Cool concept of food coming on belts but annoying at times having to wait for something specific. Takes a while to go around.

Food is pretty good as far as cooking it yourself goes, I’ve been going here for a couple of years but as of recently they’ve started really HOUNDING you to tip, the last time we visited, our server chased us down to ask for a tip? Like opened the bill folder and immediately chased after us, Very unpleasant and kind of embarrassing? Just a bit of a warning

Top Top Hot Pot is one of my favorite Hot Pot locations in Orlando. This is a revolving Hot Pot spot, and it is so good! It is $32.99 (adult) per person, and that includes your broth and all the selections of meats, noodles, and veggies.

You will have an array of broths to choose from, ranging from classic, mushroom, Tom Kha, Bone Broth, and many others. On the menu, if it has a picture of a pepper, it means it is spicy. They also have a beef tallow broth that costs an additional $2.

You will order your meats from your server. They have Lamb Brisket, Beef Brisket, Chicken, Pork Belly, and Fatty Beef. You can order as many refills of meat as you want.

They will have three buffets to choose from. The first has deserts, broccoli, cabbage, corn, oranges, and a few other selections. The second buffet will have seafood like Shrimp, Crabs, Mussels, and Clams. It also has Bok choy, mustard greens, and a few other greens to choose from. On the last buffet is the sauce bar and some cold and hot appetizer options. They have spring rolls and Crab Rangoon as hot appetizers, and kimchi seaweed salad, turnip kimchi, and a few others.

You will then be able to grab small plates off the buffet for more variety to offer in your pot.

This place limits you to two hours per table. There is a $15.99 per-pound waste fee if you do not eat all the food that you take. They offer Coke products and there is a full bar.

I for sure recommend this great Hot Pot location!

It was great until we saw the roach on the table. The first server was horrified, the second one asked us to point out the bug
which was odd because did he expect us to catch it? Still charged us.

In the middle of our meal a roach crawled across our table. We showed it to a waitress she immediately apologized and went to get a manager. The manager acted like we master it up asking “well where is it?” Like in supposed to hold it
We won’t ever return!

Great hot pot place but definitely better kbbq elsewhere. Love the option for solo meals and pricing is about 40-50 per person with gratuity. Not a fan of the desserts available.

I recently this past Friday had my first bad experience there. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years. I always introduce people to this restaurant. Bring my friends and family when I lived in Orlando I would go at least twice a month now I come maybe once a month but this past Friday mind you I do tip, but this particular server forced me and my friend to tip like it was mandatory told me what my total was with the 15% tip like I was obligated and I had to do it. I didn’t have an option tipping is always optional, but I do love this restaurant and I eat there regularly so I do tip my servers but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be back Sad to have to find a new place that was completely unprofessional and rude
