This was a pretty decent Korean bbq and hotpot place! Our waitress was very attentive and they let us stay over the 2hr limit which was nice! The conveyor belt is also a nice feature to limit getting up. I also enjoyed the many different options in the sauce bar like fermented tofu and sesame paste. Ok now here’s the honesty yall might be seeking, the short ribs and rib fingers were very tough and chewy when cooked. For kbbq experts you know it’s the worst eating big pieces of cold chewy meat while trying to finish what’s on your plate before the 2hr limit. Also there was minimal dessert, only chocolate/coffee cake squares and coconut cake squares and 2 fruits. Additionally there was only a few of the same sides dishes on the conveyor belt to put into the hotpot. Furthermore our scissors could hardly cut any meat and the silverware had some stains. Finally tipping was mandatory 18% which I had no problem doing but if you’re a brokey this should be a considered. Also I’d recommend just doing hotpot over both bc it’s $30 instead of $36 That’s all folks!

Had no pricing on the menu and I got chased down and forced to tip and the lowest you could go without custom is 18%. Boba was also hard only good thing about this place was the souvenir cup

One of the servers forces us to tip her. She comes to my husband saying: "Are you drunk?" Two times even though we didn't order any alcohol drinks, plus we were talking me and my husband, not addressing the word to her.
We gave her a 10% tip because we got mad, and then she told us something about fair (I didn't understand what she said..)
well.. food was good!!
We visited several times just by looking at the food. Other servers seemed really nice, but that one server's behavior we met twice made us want to not go again.

First time experiencing a hot pot restaurant, and it was a great experience! I love that we could make our own broth plus unlimited vegetables and noodles to choose from. I can't wait to go back!

I have been to a majority of the Hotpot restaurants in the area. This one was a little disappointing to me because the options were very small. However Felicity definitely helped my experience. The best server I have ever had. And that’s why I will be back. She was very attentive.

Vegetarian options: Pricy $30-40 per person and you have to cook and dunk your food in a hot soup broth.
Parking: Buffet type style where you have to cook your meat and. Oil your soup and add items into the pot. If you do. It know how to make perfect soups your meal will be a disaster.
Kid-friendliness: Yes Kids do not eat a lot at a Buffet so it is pricy for children
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wide entry and easy to get to the booths.

The food is pretty good. The experience is intimidating at the beginning, but once you learn their system it is something unique. You cook your own food at the table, they provide the ingredients and condiments!
Parking: Plenty of parking.

Our recent hot pot experience was incredibly fun! The restaurant offered a vibrant atmosphere with lively chatter and the constant simmering of the pots. We loved the interactive element of choosing our own ingredients and customizing the broth. The quality of the meats, seafood, and vegetables was excellent, and the dipping sauces were a delightful explosion of flavors. The service was attentive and friendly, making the entire dining experience enjoyable. We left feeling satisfied and thoroughly entertained.
