I have been to several different Top Golf locations. This was by far the worst when it comes to getting a bay. I sat at the bar for 3 hrs and watched several bays remain empty. This place is lacking proficiency and management. I will say the food is on par with all other Top Golf locations.

Came with my family to top golf joined the Que came back to the desk to find we had been kicked out of the que and trinity who was behind the desk was more than happy to tell us we would have to wait 45 minutes ruined our night entirely after getting food her attitude was absolutely terrible please don’t take your kids or family here to enjoy your holiday your day will suck

No issues with staff or atmosphere - main issue is with the price , $200 for ONE HOUR of hitting balls for 3 people , 1 appetizer and 3 drinks, that’s a day ticket at Disney ?!?! The golf was fun and all but $200 fun? $40 an hour ? Having 6 people for that amount makes total sense, but when there is less the price should drop. It also wouldn’t let us play without “signing in” each member, which was $6 more a person. Wish there was a bundle price or something to get like a couple hours

We had a tremendous time. We spent 4 hours, hitting golf balls and having brunch. They had kid's golf clubs. We ate wings with Asian sauce. The grandkids had chicken nuggets, fries, made to order drinks and donut holes with fillable stuffings.

all was great till a few hours after we had been there and our credit card notified us that we had charges to a couple places. 1 was topgolf in Dallas! Did an employee steal our card info!? ... And there were a lot of bugs dropping onto our table at dusk. YES I know, bugs happen, but whip them up!

Great time with the guys! Food and company were excellent!
Was a huge disappointment. The food came out cold, and the service was extremely slow. We kept being told “it’s coming” with no real or honest time estimate, which made the wait even more frustrating. We waited over an hour for very basic, easy-to-make food. Poor communication, poor execution, and not the experience you expect for the price. Definitely needs improvement.

Food took almost an hour and we just had burgers and grilled cheese. Failing to see how this is so difficult. No explanation either. I finally reminded the server that we were running out of time on the two hour block we had for golf and then she brought the food out. What if I didn’t remind her? Strange experience

The visit to Top Golf here was ok … compared to back home. Being here on Christmas vacation and wanting to do a group activity we decided to hit up top golf, the service was great but the food was not . It came out cold and just not the best . The manager in duty did do his due diligence in trying to rectify the problem so that was much appreciated overall it was an okay experience!
