Super good ice cream! I'm an ice cream fiend and this is some of the best ice cream I've had. It was super creamy and delicious. I got the turtle ice cream sundae in a waffle bowl and my friend got just the normal vanilla ice cream in a waffle bowl. Both were delicious and relatively cheap. $3 for an ice cream cone this good is a steal! Definitely recommend!

Topper's is completely underrated. There have been times I've driven 30 minutes for dole whip when it's been on campus the whole time! I love how extensive the menu is and how low the prices are. It's right next to the UCF reflection pond, which is the perfect spot to hang out. There are also lots of outdoor tables next to the building. Either way, the space makes it easy for large groups, dates, or just a small snack between classes. I spent $3 on my soft served, and my friend spent about $5 on his milkshake. They've been out of vanilla, cookie dough, the strawberry açaí flavor, and brownie bites for a while now due to shortages, but at least it's an invitation to try new things!

i am a HUGE topper's enthusiast. my only complaints are that sometimes they run out of toppings, and I WISH THEY WERE OPEN MORE so yummy, so reliable, so great. i love topper's.

Topper's has, hands down, the best ice cream at UCF. I have enjoyed eating there while intoxicated many, many times. Sometimes, they are out of some toppings like brownie bites and Oreos but this can be expected of a small business. I love toppers and will continue going there and recommend everyone on campus to try it.

For the Wednesday price, the ice cream is worth it. The lines can be long in the afternoon sometimes and after the first few bites of ice cream, you can't really taste the flavor anymore, but it is still good.
