I have gone to so many torchys all over and love them!! But this one, I would never go too again because of staff. Mistakes happen and I get it, but I had to pay again and reorder after I was given the wrong food. I had gone over my order with the cashier too. I went to use the bathroom on my way out, two people were occupying both stalls and I could tell they had their pants still on while sitting. They were YELLING to each other talking and talking on speaker phone too. After 10 minutes, me telling them there was a line, and a staff member knocking on the stall door. A person exited the stall: a staff member. I love torchys but this was a terrible experience. Will not be back to this location and won't recommend it.
To note, food still delicious. But how you're treated as a customer is very important.

One of there menu items, and it was Great. I was asto come bVk for a second interview. And now in apart of the Damn Good Torchy Taco Team. This place is Definitely a must try if you haven't already..

I was so excited to see a torchy’s taco in Orlando. I immediately called and placed an order. The staff member over the phone told me the wait time was 1 hour and if we paid over the phone our order would be made in the order received. My husband gets to the store and the food is still not ready and no one is aware of what is going on. 30 mins has past and still no food. This is unacceptable. What is the point of even calling in an order? I ask to speak to a manager and she has no personality and is of no assistance. I was completely flabbergasted. I lived in Houston for years and have never encountered this treatment at any torchy’s. This restaurant is unorganized and not managed well. I asked the manager for her name and she refused to give it to me over the phone. After a little bit of investigation my husband was able to get her name from another staff member. Her name is Melissa and she needs to go.
I’m from Cincinnati, Ohio, here visiting for my dad’s pool tournament and decided to try this place out down the road, and man can I say these are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had!!! They were filled with great flavor and the staff was so was amazing and nice. Also some of the staff were wearing Halloween costumes which were great. shout out to you hidden leaf shinobi, and Alfredo Linguini (remy).

First and last time at this restaurant. The wait time for 3 tacos was over 30 minutes and we went after the lunch hour. I would hate to see the wait time during a rush-hour. The staff had no personality. When my food was finally brought out to me, I wasn’t even greeted with a smile or thank you. Terrible service. It is a shame, because the restaurant looks like someone invested a lot of money for poor service.
