staff decided to close the Livermore location early, staff was rude about it. Stated they only closed like 2 min early. I was there before that and the chairs were already up and floors mopped so was obviously closed way before then. I had gone in earlier in the day to see what they had and was coming back with my daughter. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

I bought the red bean cream bread, but it tasted sour as if it was old. However, the blueberry cream cheese one was good.

I got two slices of cake today, the chocolate one was rancid. The cream on top tasted like spoiled milk and the cake itself was bland, hard, and dry. The green tea one was moist but absolutely flavorless. I can't imagine spending 42$ on a cake and THATS how it tastes. This is my second time trying it. The first time I went I got soem ube bread which was also flavorless and a manho cream donut that was hard and dry and clearly stale. Based on the 3 bakers racks packed full of pastries, they make way too much and just sell the old stale desserts. I won't be trying it again. We got these for my boyfriends birthday so we are extremely disappointed to have no dessert tonight.

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

My family and I usually come here to get our cakes and bakery goods. Until recently, my mom went to order a cake for my bday and the cashier was being rude and kept yelling at her to put her card in. The card reader was lagging behind and was still processing, but the cashier kept rushing her. On top of that, the fruits on the cake she was given had HAIRY MOLD. Absolutely disgusting. They didn't let my mom look at the cake before they packed it for us.
Definitely a good bakery, but their service and quality of food has really gone downhill. Will not return as we worry for our health.

What a beautiful display of treats. My daughter brought home one of their gorgeous cakes for my Mother's bday today and it was light and delicious! Not overly sweet. A big hit with the whole family. I also love that it came with a cutter, matches, AND candles! Never have I been so covered!

Located inside of Lotte Asian Market. Most breads are good (not all) but way too OVERPRICED. I paid $11 for just 2pcs of bread. Garlic Cream bun is good but crust is harder than usual. I’ve been to other Tous les Jours in other countries and compared here the choices are so few. If you come in the evening you are left with almost no choices. Service was NOT the best, no greeting and not smiling. Feels not approachable at all. Plenty of chairs and tables for dine in and the ambiance is nice even its inside a supermarket. In my opinion, the chinese bakery inside Enson Market nearby has more good bread at a very affordable price.

Was really looking forward to trying these pastries bc they looked yummy, and I ordered a bunch of cookies for my coworkers tomorrow. Collected my order at the store, got home and realized all of the cookies were missing. Called the store— spoke to the same lady who handed me the order and she said they don’t have cookies so they “processed a refund”. She didn't tell me this when I arrived, so I wasn’t expecting this ..plus I didn’t receive any refund.
In total, I was charged $60 for 2 lattes and 3 pastries. The lady told me she’d call me back bc she can’t help me and doesn’t know where the refund or her manager are.. Go to Light on the Sugar, they’re 200x better than this sorry chain.

A great place for a quick snack. I got three things, the twist donut, corn cheese donut, and honey cheese pancake. The twist donut was very light and soft to bite into. The corn cheese donuts are very savory, good ol corn + cheese combo. My favorite was the honey cheese pancakes. The mix of sweetness of the honey and savory taste of these cheese goes very well together.
