I worked here to provide security and the employer ignored my texts and emails for 6 months and refused to pay. Meanwhile the owner is on social media posting about her lavish lifestyle. Only after informing her that I would be taking her to small claims court did she pay for the work.

This place is such a money grab. It's a copy and paste setup from every other lounge in this city, but they try and nickel and dime you nonstop. They don't mention that gratuity is included and are very persistent on tipping additional even though they pay no attention to you. Way too much furniture in there to move around even though the place isn't packed and the DJ was not it lol. Place is over hyped and they will try to sneak money out of your pockets nonstop. Plenty of other options in the area.

I didn't like the music, pure reggaeton, merengue, bachata or salsa, nothing good. What a disappointment about the place.

Horrible service and small venue what type of club has that small of a venue not only that i had a friend go to a concert for there and got shot up and they never cared and lied about were the shooting took place i would think twice before coming to here it really is toxic

Very much over priced for a “lounge” Very cheap with alcohol brands and do not give chaser amount correct to alcohol. They will over charge you however they can. I paid for a birthday package which was supposed to include a few things like a small cake ( never got) birthday shout out sign (she got) shout outs she never got, balloons (never got), flyer name and photo (never got) and two bottles ( never got) was told had to purchase bottles and told rum was two for $100 so I bought it and paid $126. I was given two small chasers like 16 oz to cover two bottles smh I will never again waist money or time. Was a birthday for my daughter and her 6 friends I paid for two more another $20. It was jus constant paying more and more. I VIP downtown get way more and never have to pay over and over. Bad service and lies. Do not go here unless u want to spend a ton of money. Go downtown. I can’t complain about the vibes cause like any club the vibes are good but the service was horrible and that’s enough to warn ppl not to take their money here. Nothing special bout this lounge on Obt.
