My family and I have been going to Trattoria Del Porto for their Thanksgiving buffet since 2010 (minus COVID 2020). We have always loved the food and atmosphere of this restaurant, so much that I would recommend to everyone I know. This past year 2024, we were so disappointed with the renovations and less food options. I realize you can sit more people in booths than at tables, but some people don't like booths. If you have a large party, people have to get up if you want to leave the table to let you out. What happened to the pasta table? Roast beef and not prime rib? This year we were a party of 14 (family has grown over the years) and the reservation was incorrect. Even though I called to correct them the day before when they left me a voice mail, letting them know it wasn't seven people it was a party of 14. We were seated in a back room that was very cold and because of this, when you brought your food to the table the food was cold in minutes. The ceiling was high so you though you were in an echo chamber and I felt like I was sitting on a garden chair. The only good thing about the night was that we had a server that we had for years. Doubt that I we will be going to Thanksgiving 2025 at Trattoria Del Porto, maybe the Marriott or Radisson, both these hotels have very nice holiday buffets.
