Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I drove 15 minutes to come here since this is usually our go-to spot. When I walked in, I was told they had just received a large order online and that the wait time would be about 50 minutes. I asked if that still applied even if I only ordered two smoothies, and was told probably yes.

Unfortunately, that experience was really disappointing. Because of this, my family and I won’t be returning. Word of mouth matters, and I’ll be sharing this experience with friends and family.

Stopped by to grab a smoothie and had heard this location wasn't getting a ton of business lately. After picking up a smoothie I think I may have noticed why. Paying for a smoothie that we expect to be 24oz and we actually get 18 to 20 ounces doesn't feel great. Gonna check out other locations.

Stoped in for a smoothie 10 minutes before they closed and they had already had everything closed up and said they could make anything. Disappointed with the service.

I mistakenly placed a pickup order instead of delivery. I contacted the restaurant several times and, after finally reaching someone, no solution was provided. I was not asking for anything unreasonable just to receive the food I had paid for. Unfortunately, I ended up losing my money and left without a meal.

Camila C was extremely rude,I was till at register paying ,she left without saying nothing while my payment was not processed, no eye contact, no customer service, no greeting...I wonder why you guys have 3 stas reviews .you are located next to mall,tourist are,thinking you never those faces again,and it's not fare

Questionable service here? The workers were all very quiet and hard to hear. I ordered a Beach Bum and a cup of water. I was charged 25 cents for a water, which I asked for tap water, which should’ve been free. It took them approx. 10 minutes to fill my order, and IMO they should’ve just gotten the water first. Instead, they filled my friend’s order before me even though she ordered after me. I also saw one of the workers make herself a drink before she filled my order. However, they did give me an edible straw for free when I asked for one. Overall weird vibe in the restaurant and sub-par experience. I’d also prefer TSC did not use styrofoam.
