Camila C was extremely rude,I was till at register paying ,she left without saying nothing while my payment was not processed, no eye contact, no customer service, no greeting...I wonder why you guys have 3 stas reviews .you are located next to mall,tourist are,thinking you never those faces again,and it's not fare

Questionable service here? The workers were all very quiet and hard to hear. I ordered a Beach Bum and a cup of water. I was charged 25 cents for a water, which I asked for tap water, which should’ve been free. It took them approx. 10 minutes to fill my order, and IMO they should’ve just gotten the water first. Instead, they filled my friend’s order before me even though she ordered after me. I also saw one of the workers make herself a drink before she filled my order. However, they did give me an edible straw for free when I asked for one. Overall weird vibe in the restaurant and sub-par experience. I’d also prefer TSC did not use styrofoam.

It was clean but empty. It was past lunch time so maybe it was just the timing. I think I saw two customers other than myself while waiting for the pick up. Staff were friendly and made sure I had everything (like spoon, and all items I had ordered) and kindly asked me to wait. Food was tasty. For the Detox Green Smoothie, I had replaced banana (had banana as a side for quesadilla) with kiwifruit and it was refreshing and tasted good. I enjoyed the tinge of ginger. It wasn't bitter. For quesadilla, it was a little less filling than I had seen in the pictures. Still tasted pretty good, I just wished there was more black beans and tomatoes, not just cheese. The Dragon Fruit bowl was small. I guess it was the ingredients which made it so pricey - $10 for a tiny bowl. Would not order it again. It was too sweet and seemed to contain syrup more than real fruit. So gave 3/5 for food. Would come back for the Smoothies though. It was very good in quantity for price with great taste and healthy ingredients.

So first off I had no idea this place had food too. The jerk chicken wrap and acai smoothie were great. Where this place shines the most is the owners though. Nick and Jackie were there when my wife's electric wheelchair died and I had no idea where she was. Not only did they help her inside as soon as they arrived to open, but they even made my wife food and a smoothie. Nick and Jackie just earned Tropical Smoothie Cafe 3 new customers for life (Our baby loved the smoothie and wrap too!). Thank you again so very much and happy holidays.

If i could give this place a zero i would. Young teens chatting starring at customers at the counter not even helping them in any way shape or form. Ended up walking out with no service.

Nick, helped me even though for some reason my card wasn’t working, treated me fairly and i’ll say a 10/10 costumer service. He looked like a manager not sure if he is, but seems to manage his staff fairly and overall a great service from everyone.
