Tropical Smoothie Cafe

So first off I had no idea this place had food too. The jerk chicken wrap and acai smoothie were great. Where this place shines the most is the owners though. Nick and Jackie were there when my wife's electric wheelchair died and I had no idea where she was. Not only did they help her inside as soon as they arrived to open, but they even made my wife food and a smoothie. Nick and Jackie just earned Tropical Smoothie Cafe 3 new customers for life (Our baby loved the smoothie and wrap too!). Thank you again so very much and happy holidays.

If i could give this place a zero i would. Young teens chatting starring at customers at the counter not even helping them in any way shape or form. Ended up walking out with no service.

Nick, helped me even though for some reason my card wasn’t working, treated me fairly and i’ll say a 10/10 costumer service. He looked like a manager not sure if he is, but seems to manage his staff fairly and overall a great service from everyone.

Standing at the cashier 5 minutes now. Have not even greeted me or asked me to wait a minute. Still waiting for someone to take my order…. Still waiting…

Let's just say that if I had an employee like the person who was working July 4th with tinted blonde curly hair, he would have been fired.

The most dismissive person I know. He did not look at me once, had ear buds on and was zero help or knew what ingredients were in the drinks.

No one greets you. This place should just resort to a kiosk pad and save the poor service from these employees.

Not coming back.

Sad because it's in the heart of the tourist area and now this is what people get when they come to visit.

Hire right fit talent and you will save and make money!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed in this particular tropical smoothie. we ordered the detox island green smoothie. This is a flavor that I frequently get and it tasted terrible. Requested to have it remade and was given a hard time and advised we would have to pay extra flavor to have them improve the flavor if the smoothie and since we requested less water and ice, she advised that we would only get half of the drink. We are accustomed to something much different. Definitely don’t recommend this particular tropical smoothie because of the customer service. Definitely not like Starbucks customer service if you’re unhappy with the flavor and the drinks are pretty watered down with ice and water and not much of the fruit and veggies. ? ? ?

The lady who assisted me seemed uninterested and unfriendly, failing to crack a smile even once during our order. Their lack of warmth and welcoming demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I just added on my blacklist spot!

I ordered acai bowl but they gave me chia oatmeal bowl. When i see my order is wrong i asked the lady and she told me “I charged for chia oatmeal bowl i can’t replace” . Please make sure when you hire employee they have basic “understand” skill. I will never back here again.

Food and smoothies were cooked very quickly with great customer service. Clean tables and bathrooms. Fedex driver came in and they immedialy offered a water. Very friendly

The restaurant is clean each time I’ve been there and it hasn’t been too busy. The staff is nice but could be more friendly and interactive. They are all high-school or early college students so I understand it’s probably a little intimidating. The food and smoothies taste fresh and are made-to-order.

This place is the worst and place stinks. Drive 2 minute more you will get beautiful food court in mall. So disgusting. I watched the so called manager get so ghetto and argued with customers.
