Every time I come for a national flip-flop day, they always have to ask if you are wearing flip-flops which would be answered if they look at my feet.

But other than that, most the time after getting the staff’s attention they are helpful and typically give me a mini cup and cut the straw and have to help me share my smoothie with my baby.

Their fruit bowls is canned esp the pineapple taste like fructose not natural .

The vibes are chill, the staff is friendly, and the smoothies and food are straight fire. If you're in the area and craving something that's both healthy and hella delicious, this smoothie shop is the move. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could.

Natalie and Angelica are the best workers in this place they make you feel like family here. I would always recommend them.

Very unprofessional as I was watching a worker make my wraps with gloves on she stop making my wraps and she proceeded walk to the back of the office for a while not knowing what she was doing in the back and came back out with the same gloves on to make my wraps I wanted to say something, but I didn’t want to cause any conflict this very unhealthy to the public

Normally I like this location but recently they served me the soggiest sandwich I have ever had in life. I hope the employees put more pride in their work in the future.

I have been to multiple tropical cafe's and this is my favorite one! I travel from Kissimmee to Orlando to go here because the customer service is better and it's close by other stores if you have to do any errands! Doesn't get any convenient than this
