Funny story, I originally only came across this location because of the McDonalds is within the same complex. Im not from around this area (on vacation) and this was my first time ever ordering from here. The Acai bowl was phenomenal and the employees are extremely nice. If I ever come back to Orlando, for sure im stopping by this location again!

They have a higher rating than the other stores in the area for a reason. So friendly & patient. I was greeted when I walked in, they recommended smoothies. This is my new go to tropical smoothie.

I love tropical smoothie cafe and this location is wonderful, the staff is very nice and I always feel welcomed coming in. The ladies who made my açaí bowl made it so yummy!

We are from Tennessee and love our Tropical Smoothie Cafe in our town, but this one is even better! Very friendly staff, quick service and food was great!

I was picking up 4 separate orders at once. Everything was ready to go when I walked in the door. The gentleman even helped me pack everything up and took it out to my car for me. Great service! Definitely would come back

Customer service is trash. Smoothies I ordered were made wrong and were utterly disgusting.

Always get something here. Today decided to order a smoothie. Smoothie I always get. I had gotten it right away since where I work at it’s about 6-7 mins away. The smoothie tasted horrible! I called to ask why it tasted so bad (it taste like old fruit), they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I, myself work at a food place and I always make sure my customers are pleased. I was expecting better service. Very disappointed. Lady on the phone was blaming it on the delivery person. Even though the delivery person didn’t drive more than 10+ to get here. Nor does it have to do with them. It was how the smoothie tasted like old fruit.

Amazing! Came in for a healthy treat and was in and out within 5 minutes. Delicious smoothie and well kept store. Thank you team.
