They did not deliver my order correctly. I was told I would get a refund and 3 weeks later no refund. Called various times and spoke to manager to be told that they will refund the money but nothing done not even an apology or another method for refund. Will not order from them again, very disappointed.
Wrote on yelp as well but absolutely Looovvveee this place. Their smoothies are delicious along with the wraps and salads and flatbread sandwiches. A sweetheart named Gabriela ,I believe is how you spell it, she was sweet patient and helpful. She helped me make a decision on a smoothie and I LOOVVED her recommendation for the Bahama Mama. Overall this place feels welcoming. A wonderful establishment highly recommend this place!!!!!!

We have been saying that this area needed a smoothie place for years, so when we saw a Tropical smoothie opened we were SO EXCITED! The chain can sometimes be hit or miss with the smoothies having flavor or being too icy, but the ones we've gotten so far have been great along with the customer service! The kids quesadilla could use a little more cheese but not a big deal! Thank you for opening one and we'll probably be back every week!
The staff is nice and the food is great! I got the Cali breakfast flatbread and jetty punch smoothie and both were really tasty. I'd come back if I lived here!
