I walked in and nobody greeted me. 3 employees stood behind the counter and two of them were just whispering to each other. I stood there for about 45 seconds before I decided to just leave.

Very disappointing! I always look for a Tropical Smoothie Cafe everywhere I go because of this bowl. This was very upsetting! When I got home and opened it, it barely had strawberries or blueberries! It was full of honey and Shia seeds only!!! ? Usually, when I buy this bowl, it is full of strawberries and blueberries, to the point that it covers the granola part and shia seeds are spread all over the fruits, just like the pictures they have at their promos. This looks nothing like that picture! The bowl is full of granola only!
