Lonely employee was acting erratic and frazzled Sunday night. Our smoothies were horrible and had to throw them out when we got to the hotel. Employee from Sunday night December 22, 2024 should be fired.

I have too much anxiety to go into new places so I ordered online but when I went inside the girl was very welcoming … my food on the other hand was amazing !! I got the chicken bacon ranch and sunrise sunset smoothie.

Don't go there the services is horrible 😐 and duty. I buy a smoothie, and ask for a refund and ask tell me that I have to wait until the next day.

Okay.. what I’m going to say, is going to sound very controversial, but as a black person myself, I feel like I need to say this. Back in the day, this use to be my favorite spot to have lunch by myself or with associates. During that time, it was manage by an all white staff with sprinkles of chocolates ( black). They had quality food, great customer service, the place was well kept, the staff wore clean clothes and gloves all the times, and the atmosphere felt like you were on an island.

As of today, I’m not sure if it was sold to another person. The moment the entire staff and management are all black… the customer service, quality of food went down. The cleanliness of the place and the staff attire always look dingy. The atmosphere feels so stressful. This is not to put my own people down, because I love black people and I love supporting black businesses, but I feel like we don’t have pride and standards in our businesses. I will no longer return.

I’ll never order from here again. I ordered a smoothie because I can’t stomach much and figured it would be a good thing to try. Smoothie was okay but I couldn’t regret my choice more. I’ve been vomiting nonstop which tells me they put ingredients that aren’t mentioned into it. Ordered it yesterday around 5/6PM and have been puking since. Wouldn’t recommend. Disgusting. Be more clear on your ingredients.

I ordered an Açaí Bowl at 7 and the cashier didn’t have the best attitude, the bowl was ok, I just didn’t feel the açaí was specially natural.
